Romanos 6

2 Certainly not! How shall we who (Rom. 6:11; 7:4, 6; Gal. 2:19; Col. 2:20; 3:3); 1 Pet. 2:24died to sin live any longer in it? 3 Or do you not know that Acts 2:38; 8:16; 19:5; (Gal. 3:27); Col. 2:12as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus (1 Cor. 15:29)were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were Col. 2:12buried with Him through baptism into death, that 1 Cor. 6:14just as Christ was raised from the dead by John 2:11the glory of the Father, Rom. 7:6; (2 Cor. 5:17; Gal. 6:15; Eph. 4:23; Col. 3:10)even so we also should walk in newness of life.

5 2 Cor. 4:10; Phil. 3:10; Col. 2:12; 3:1For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be inthelikeness of His resurrection, 6 knowing this, that Gal. 2:20; 5:24; 6:14our old man was crucified with Him, that Col. 2:11the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. 7 For 1 Pet. 4:1he who has died has been freed from sin.
