12 Avram (Exalted Father; Father Of Elevation) dwelled in the land of Kena’an (merchant; trader; or that humbles and subdues), and Lot (Covering) dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched [his] tent toward S’dom (burning, denotes penal constrictions around the ankles).
13 But the men of S’dom (burning, denotes penal constrictions around the ankles) [were] wicked and sinners before the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) exceedingly.
12 Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom. 13 But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly.
12 Abram lived in the land of Canaan, while Lot lived among the cities of the plain and pitched his tents near Sodom. 13 Now the people of Sodom were wicked and were sinning greatly against the Lord.
