12 Therefore also now, says the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), turn you2f [even] to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:
13 And rend (tear apart; forcefully rip apart) your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]: for he [is] gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repents him of the evil.
