3 At the noise of the stamping of the hoofs of his strong [horses], at the rushing of his chariots, [and at] the rumbling of his wheels, the fathers shall not look back to [their] children for feebleness of hands;

4 Because of the day that comes to spoil (plunder; prey; booty) all the P’lishtim [Immigrants], [and] to cut off from Tzor (Tyrus) [a rock] and Tzidon [Hunting] every helper that remains: for the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) will spoil (plunder; prey; booty) the P’lishtim [Immigrants], the remnant of the country of Kaftor [A Crown].

5 Baldness is come upon ‘Azah [The Strong]; Ashkelon [The Fire of Infamy: I shall be Weighed] is cut off [with] the remnant of their valley: how long will youi cut yourself?

6 O youi sword of the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), how long [will it be] before youi be quiet? put up yourself into youri scabbard, rest, and be still.

7 How can it be quiet, seeing the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has given it a charge against Ashkelon [The Fire of Infamy: I shall be Weighed], and against the sea shore? there has he appointed it.
