1 Praise Jehovah! You servants of Jehovah, praise him. Praise the name of Jehovah.2 Blessed is the name of Jehovah from now and forever.3 From sunrise to sunset, the name of Jehovah should be praised. Everywhere and all the time, Jehovah’s name should be praised.4 Jehovah is high above all the nations. His glory is above the heavens.5 Who is like Jehovah our God? He is seated on his high throne.6 He bends down humbles himself to look at heaven and earth.7 He lifts the poor from the dust. He lifts the needy from a garbage heap.8 He seats them with important people, with the leaders princes of his people.9 He makes a childless woman a joyful mother. Praise Jehovah!
