29 Tomem sobre vocês o meu jugo e aprendam de mim, pois sou manso e humilde de coração, e vocês encontrarão descanso para as suas almas.

30 Pois o meu jugo é suave e o meu fardo é leve".

28 Kommet zu mir Alle, die ihr mit Mühe und Last beladen seyd; ich will euch erquicken.

29 Nehmet mein Joch auf euch, und lernet von mir; denn ich bin sanftmüthig und von Herzen demüthig; und ihr werdet für eure Seele Ruhe finden;

30 denn mein Joch ist sanft und meine Bürde ist leicht.
