Humble yourselves, then, under the mighty hand of God so that he may lift you up at the right time.

Because as the sufferings of Christ are abundant in our case, so through Christ our encouragement is abundant.
And you have grief now, but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.
So if any one is in Christ he is a new creature. The old things have passed away, they have become new.
