But he has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you; for power is made perfect in weakness." Most gladly then will I boast in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may abide upon me.
Cast all your anxiety on him, for he cares for you.
I can do all things through him who gives me strength.
Thus also the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit itself intercedes for us with sighs beyond words.
Therefore I rejoice in weaknesses, in rough treatment, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.
"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
For we have not a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, for he has been tempted in every way just as we are, yet without sin.
Watch and pray so as not to enter into temptation. Your spirit is eager, but your flesh is weak."
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and self-control.
