Bless, O my soul, Yahweh,And all that is within me, his holy Name;
And be not in fear, by reason of them that are killing the body,and, the soul, are not able to kill. But fear, rather, him who is able, both soul and body, to destroy in gehenna!
My lips shall make a joyful noise, When I make music unto thee, And my soul which thou hast ransomed;
my soul, From him, is my salvation:
O Yahweh! rescue thou my soulfrom the false lip, from the deceitful tongue.
O God, my GOD, thou art, Earnestly do I desire thee,My soul thirsteth for thee, My flesh fainteth for thee, In a landdry, and weary for want of water,
The, law of Yahweh, is complete, Bringing back the soul, The, testimony of Yahweh, is confirmed, Making wise the simple;
Beloved! concerning all things, I pray thou mayest be prospering, and be in health, even as, thy soul, is prospering,
Thus saith YahwehStand ye at the waysand see, And ask for the paths of age-past times, Where is the good way? And walk therein, And ye shall find rest to your souls. But they said, We will not walk !
Only, take ye diligent heed, to do the commandment and the law, which Moses the servant of Yahweh commanded youto love Yahweh your God, and to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and to cleave unto him,and to serve himwith all your heart, and with all your soul.
A comb of honey, are pleasant words, sweet to the taste and healing to the bone.
For, thou, didst possess thyself of my reins, thou didst weave me together in the womb of my mother.
I thank thee, in that fearfully was my being distinguished, Wonderful are thy works, and, mine own soul, is observing intently!
For what shall a man be profited, though, the whole world, he gain, and, his life, he forfeit? Or what shall a man give, in exchange for his life?
So shall ye seek me and find, For ye will enquire after me with all your heart;
I have waited for Yahweh, My soul hath waited for his word;
But lo! I am going to-day, in the way of all the earth,ye must acknowledge, therefore, with all your heart and with all your soul, that there hath not failed a single thing, out of all the good things which Yahweh your God spake concerning you, the whole, hath come to pass to you, there hath not failed thereof, a single thing.
Why shouldst thou be sat down, O my soul? And why shouldst thou moan over me? Wait thou for God, for yet shall I praise him, As the triumph of my presence and my God.
If thou shalt seek from thence, Yahweh thy God, then shalt thou find him,when thou shalt search after him with all thy heart, and with all thy soul.
