Oração

8 Draw near to God and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you men of double mind.

17 pray constantly,

7 "Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

8 For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

3 Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things which you have not known.

22 And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith."

2 Praise is due to thee, O God, in Zion; and to thee shall vows be performed,

1 A Psalm of David, when he was in the Wilderness of Judah.

14 And this is the confidence which we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.

2 You desire and do not have; so you kill. And you covet and cannot obtain; so you fight and wage war. You do not have, because you do not ask.

24 You who fear the LORD, praise him! all you sons of Jacob, glorify him, and stand in awe of him, all you sons of Israel!

1 I love the LORD, because he has heard my voice and my supplications.

2 Because he inclined his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live.

6 Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

7 And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

7 There is no one that calls upon thy name, that bestirs himself to take hold of thee; for thou hast hid thy face from us, and hast delivered us into the hand of our iniquities.

2 And he said to them, "When you pray, say: "Father, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come.

3 Give us each day our daily bread;

4 and forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive every one who is indebted to us; and lead us not into temptation."

19 Yea, O people in Zion who dwell at Jerusalem; you shall weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when he hears it, he will answer you.

2 Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving;

24 Before they call I will answer, while they are yet speaking I will hear.

16 Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

16 Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man has great power in its effects.

8 On God rests my deliverance and my honor; my mighty rock, my refuge is God.

5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives to all men generously and without reproaching, and it will be given him.

6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.

7 For that person must not suppose that a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways, will receive anything from the Lord.

8 Let the lowly brother boast in his exaltation,

19 Arise, cry out in the night, at the beginning of the watches! Pour out your heart like water before the presence of the Lord! Lift your hands to him for the lives of your children, who faint for hunger at the head of every street.

7 If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.

25 But about midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them,

7 He will bring forth your vindication as the light, and your right as the noonday.

17 But I call upon God; and the LORD will save me.

20 Then Peter came up and said to him, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?"

19 And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

7 "Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.

5 "For the waves of death encompassed me, the torrents of perdition assailed me;

6 the cords of Sheol entangled me, the snares of death confronted me.

7 "In my distress I called upon the LORD; to my God I called. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry came to his ears.

2 Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart,

13 Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son;

24 Hitherto you have asked nothing in my name; ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.

13 Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son;

14 if you ask anything in my name, I will do it.

20 Now to him who by the power at work within us is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think,

5 "And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by men. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward.

10 With my whole heart I seek thee; let me not wander from thy commandments!

18 I cried aloud to him, and he was extolled with my tongue.

24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

9 And I tell you, Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

10 For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

22 and we receive from him whatever we ask, because we keep his commandments and do what pleases him.

20 No distrust made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God,

21 fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised.

26 Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with sighs too deep for words.

27 And he who searches the hearts of men knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

6 the cords of Sheol entangled me, the snares of death confronted me.

12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you.

27 "But I say to you that hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,

28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you.

13 You will seek me and find me; when you seek me with all your heart,

15 And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have obtained the requests made of him.

18 I cried aloud to him, and he was extolled with my tongue.

19 If I had cherished iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not have listened.

11 If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!

6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.

7 For that person must not suppose that a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways, will receive anything from the Lord.

31 "Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat,

32 but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail; and when you have turned again, strengthen your brethren."

40 Let us test and examine our ways, and return to the LORD!

41 Let us lift up our hearts and hands to God in heaven:

17 Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for me.

6 And without faith it is impossible to please him. For whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

39 And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, "My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as thou wilt."

7 "And in praying do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their many words.

8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

9 Pray then like this: Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, On earth as it is in heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread;

12 And forgive us our debts, As we also have forgiven our debtors;

13 And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil.

11 Thus says the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker: "Will you question me about my children, or command me concerning the work of my hands?

16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide; so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.

9 If one turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination.

12 "Yet even now," says the LORD, "return to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning;

15 Offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving, and pay your vows to the Most High;

7 "And in praying do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their many words.

8 I desire then that in every place the men should pray, lifting holy hands without anger or quarreling;

18 Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,

18 The LORD is just in all his ways, and kind in all his doings.

14 All these with one accord devoted themselves to prayer, together with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers.

12 Rejoice in your hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.

17 For the LORD will build up Zion, he will appear in his glory;

44 Nevertheless he regarded their distress, when he heard their cry.

45 He remembered for their sake his covenant, and relented according to the abundance of his steadfast love.

18 Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.

6 Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

16 Rejoice always,

17 pray constantly,

18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

8 Three times I besought the Lord about this, that it should leave me;

9 but he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." I will all the more gladly boast of my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

3 O men, how long shall my honor suffer shame? How long will you love vain words, and seek after lies? [Selah]

6 But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

21 As they were gathering in Galilee, Jesus said to them, "The Son of man is to be delivered into the hands of men,

14 And this is the confidence which we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.

15 And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have obtained the requests made of him.

1 And he told them a parable, to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart.

2 He said, "In a certain city there was a judge who neither feared God nor regarded man;

3 and there was a widow in that city who kept coming to him and saying, Vindicate me against my adversary.'

4 For a while he refused; but afterward he said to himself, Though I neither fear God nor regard man,

5 yet because this widow bothers me, I will vindicate her, or she will wear me out by her continual coming.'"

6 And the Lord said, "Hear what the unrighteous judge says.

7 And will not God vindicate his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them?

8 I tell you, he will vindicate them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of man comes, will he find faith on earth?"

3 Hearken to the sound of my cry, my King and my God, for to thee do I pray.

6 But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

7 "And in praying do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their many words.

7 The end of all things is at hand; therefore keep sane and sober for your prayers.

25 Consequently he is able for all time to save those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.

6 "Seek the LORD while he may be found, call upon him while he is near;
