And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
18 Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.
19 Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love. satisfy…: Heb. water thee be thou…: Heb. err thou always in her love

6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;
8 And they two shall be one flesh: so then they are no more two, but one flesh.
9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man separate.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

16 What? know ye not that he who is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
17 But he that is joined to the Lord is one spirit.
21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place;
22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, he made a woman, and brought her to the man. made: Heb. builded
23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Woman: Heb. Isha Man: Heb. Ish
24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
