looking to the author and perfecter of faith -- Jesus, who, over-against the joy set before him -- did endure a cross, shame having despised, on the right hand also of the throne of God did sit down;
And the fruit of the Spirit is: Love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith,
meekness, temperance: against such there is no law;
and apart from faith it is impossible to please well, for it benefits him who is coming to God to believe that He is, and to those seeking Him He becomes a rewarder.
to rejoice with the rejoicing, and to weep with the weeping,
always rejoice you;
continually pray you;
in every thing give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus in regard to you.
these things I have spoken to you, that my joy in you may remain, and your joy may be full.

'I say to you, that so joy shall be in the heaven over one sinner reforming, rather than over ninety-nine righteous men, who have no need of reformation.
'Again, the reign of the heavens is like to treasure hid in the field, which a man having found did hide, and from his joy goes, and all, as much as he has, he sells, and buys that field.
All joy count it, my brethren, when you may fall into temptations manifold;
knowing that the proof of your faith does work endurance,
and the God of the hope shall fill you with all joy and peace in the believing, for your abounding in the hope in power of the Holy Spirit.
Those rich in the present age charge you not to be high-minded, nor to hope in the uncertainty of riches, but in the living God, who is giving to us all things richly for enjoyment; --
