Amor

37 And Jesus said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your understanding --

38 this is a first and great command;

39 and the secondis like to it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself;

13 and now there does remain faith, hope, love -- these three; and the greatest of these is love.

15 'If you love me, my commands keep,

9 The love unfeigned: abhorring the evil; cleaving to the good;

9 The love unfeigned: abhorring the evil; cleaving to the good;

10 in the love of brethren, to one another kindly affectioned: in the honour going before one another;

13 greater love than this has no one, that any one his life may lay down for his friends;

40 'And the king answering, shall say to them, Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as you didit to one of these my brethren -- the least -- to me you did it.

35 'But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again, and your reward will be great, and you shall be sons of the Highest, because He is kind unto the ungracious and evil;

8 To no one owe anything, except to love one another; for he who is loving the other -- law he has fulfilled,

30 and you shall love the Lord your God out of all your heart, and out of your soul, and out of all your understanding, and out of all your strength -- thisis the first command;

31 and the secondis like it, this, You shall love your neighbor as yourself; -- greater than these there is no other command.'

2 and if I have prophecy, and know all the secrets, and all the knowledge, and if I have all the faith, so as to remove mountains, and have not love, I am nothing;

37 And Jesus said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your understanding --

38 this is a first and great command;

39 and the secondis like to it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself;

40 on these -- the two commands -- all the law and the prophets do hang.'

7 Beloved, may we love one another, because the love is of God, and every one who is loving, of God he has been begotten, and does know God;

8 he who is not loving did not know God, because God is love.

4 The love is long-suffering, it is kind, the love does not envy, the love does not vaunt itself, is not puffed up,

5 does not act unseemly, does not seek its own things, is not provoked, does not impute evil,

16 in this we have known the love, because he for us his life did lay down, and we ought for the brethren the lives to lay down;

17 and whoever may have the goods of the world, and may view his brother having need, and may shut up his compassion from him -- how does the love of God remain in him?

18 My little children, may we not love in word nor in tongue, but in word and in truth!

7 Beloved, may we love one another, because the love is of God, and every one who is loving, of God he has been begotten, and does know God;

5 and the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God, and to the endurance of the Christ.

19 we -- we love him, because He -- He first loved us;

9 According as the Father did love me, I also loved you, remain in my love;

10 if my commandments you may keep, you shall remain in my love, according as I the commands of my Father have kept, and do remain in His love;

44 but I -- I say to you, Love your enemies, bless those cursing you, do good to those hating you, and pray for those accusing you falsely, and persecuting you,

14 and above all these things, have love, which is a bond of the perfection,

12 'This is my command, that you love one another, according as I did love you;

38 for I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor messengers, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present,

39 nor things about to be, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

14 let all your things be done in love.

10 in the love of brethren, to one another kindly affectioned: in the honour going before one another;

13 forbearing one another, and forgiving each other, if any one with any one may have a quarrel, as also the Christ did forgive you -- so also you;

14 and above all these things, have love, which is a bond of the perfection,

9 but, according as it has been written, 'What eye did not see, and ear did not hear, and upon the heart of man came not up, what God did prepare for those loving Him --'

14 we -- we have known that we have passed out of the death to the life, because we love the brethren; he who is not loving the brother does remain in the death.

16 and we -- we have known and believed the love, that God has in us; God is love, and he who is remaining in the love, in God he does remain, and God in him.

17 In this made perfect has been the love with us, that boldness we may have in the day of the judgment, because even as He is, we -- we also are in this world;

18 fear is not in the love, but the perfect love does cast out the fear, because the fear has punishment, and he who is fearing has not been made perfect in the love;

11 because this is the message that you did hear from the beginning, that we may love one another,

8 he who is not loving did not know God, because God is love.

8 and, before all things, to one another having the earnest love, because the love shall cover a multitude of sins;

14 for all the law in one word is fulfilled -- in this: 'You shalt love thy neighbor as thyself;'

16 that He may give to you, according to the riches of His glory, with might power to be strengthened through His Spirit, in regard to the inner man person,

17 that the Christ may dwell through the faith in your hearts, in love having been rooted and founded,

11 Beloved, if thus did God love us, we also ought one another to love;

9 and this I pray, that your love yet more and more may abound in full knowledge, and all judgment,

10 for your proving the things that differ, that you may be pure and offenceless -- to a day of Christ,

11 being filled with the fruit of righteousness, that is through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

2 with all lowliness humility and meekness mildness, gentleness, with long-suffering patience, forbearing bearing with, enduring one another in love,

16 for God did so love the world, that His Son -- the only begotten -- He gave, that every one who is believing in him may not perish, but may have life age-during.

21 he who is having my commands, and is keeping them, that one it is who is loving me, and he who is loving me shall be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.'

22 Judas said to him, (not the Iscariot), 'Sir, what has come to pass, that to us you are about to manifest yourself, and not to the world?'

23 Jesus answered and said to him, 'If any one may love me, my word he will keep, and my Father will love him, and unto him we will come, and abode with him we will make;

24 he who is not loving me, my words does not keep; and the word that you hear is not mine, but the Father's who sent me.

12 'All things, therefore, whatever you may will that men may be doing to you, so also do to them, for this is the law and the prophets.

12 God no one has ever seen; if we may love one another, God in us does remain, and His love is having been perfected in us;

21 and this is the command we have from Him, that he who is loving God, may also love his brother.

16 and we -- we have known and believed the love, that God has in us; God is love, and he who is remaining in the love, in God he does remain, and God in him.

25 The husbands! love your own wives, as also the Christ did love the assembly, and did give himself for it,

26 that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it with the bathing of the water in the saying,

19 we -- we love him, because He -- He first loved us;

20 if any one may say -- 'I love God,' and his brother he may hate, a liar he is; for he who is not loving his brother whom he has seen, God -- whom he has not seen -- how is he able to love?

4 The love is long-suffering, it is kind, the love does not envy, the love does not vaunt itself, is not puffed up,

5 does not act unseemly, does not seek its own things, is not provoked, does not impute evil,

6 rejoices not over the unrighteousness, and rejoices with the truth;

7 all things it bears, all it believes, all it hopes, all it endures.

1 See you what love the Father has given to us, that children of God we may be called; because of this the world does not know us, because it did not know Him;

34 'A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; according as I did love you, that you also love one another;

35 in this shall all know that you are my disciples, if you may have love one to another.'

8 and God does commend His own love to us, that, in our being still sinners, Christ did die for us;

9 In this was manifested the love of God in us, because His Son -- the only begotten -- has God sent to the world, that we may live through him;

10 in this is the love, not that we loved God, but that He did love us, and did send His Son a propitiation for our sins.

20 if any one may say -- 'I love God,' and his brother he may hate, a liar he is; for he who is not loving his brother whom he has seen, God -- whom he has not seen -- how is he able to love?

3 for this is the love of God, that His commands we may keep, and His commands are not burdensome;
