1 Now there went with him great multitudes: and he turned, and said to them,2 He who loves father or mother more than me can't be my disciple; and he who loves son or daughter more than me can't be my disciple.3 And he who does not take his cross and follow after me, is not worthy of me.4 For which of you{}, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has [the means] to complete it?
