For there is [only] one God, and [only] one mediator between God and men, [the] man Christ Jesus,
Jesus says to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one comes to the Father, but by me.
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Him who knew no sin he made [to be] sin on our behalf; that we might become the righteousness of God in him.
I don't pray that you should take them from the world, but that you should keep them from the evil [one].
But now he has obtained a more excellent ministry, by so much as he is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises.
And for this cause he is the mediator of a new covenant, that a death having taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
