O adultério

Por Bíblia Online –

O adultério é pecado grave que destrói alianças, famílias e vidas. A Bíblia condena firmemente a infidelidade conjugal e chama à pureza, fidelidade e santidade no casamento.

A lei de Deus

Não adulterarás. Quem comete adultério destrói a própria alma. A Palavra de Deus é clara e direta sobre este pecado.

10 And the man who commits adultery with another man's wife, even he who commits adultery with his neighbor's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

20 And thou shall not lay carnally with thy neighbor's wife, to defile thyself with her.

32 He who commits adultery with a woman is void of understanding. He who would destroy his own soul does it.

32 He who commits adultery with a woman is void of understanding. He who would destroy his own soul does it.33 Wounds and dishonor he shall get, and his reproach shall not be wiped away.34 For jealousy is a man's fury, and he will not spare in the day of vengeance.35 He will not regard any ransom, nor will he be satisfied, though thou give many gifts.

27 Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned?28 Or can a man walk upon hot coals, and his feet not be scorched?29 So [is] he who goes in to his neighbor's wife. Whoever touches her shall not be unpunished.

Jesus ensina

Quem olhar para uma mulher com intenção impura já adulterou no coração. Jesus elevou o padrão da pureza.

27 Ye have heard that it was said, Thou shall not commit adultery.28 But I say to you, that every man who looks on a woman to crave her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

32 But I say to you, that whoever may divorce his wife apart from a matter of fornication, disposes her to commit adultery, and whoever may marry her who has been divorced commits adultery.

19 For from the heart comes forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, FALSE witnessings, revilings.

11 And he says to them, Whoever may divorce his wife, and will marry another, commits adultery against her.12 And if a woman should divorce her husband, and will be married to another, she commits adultery.

18 Every man who divorces his wife and marries another, commits adultery, and every man who marries her who has been divorced from a husband commits adultery.

4 tempting, they say to him, Teacher, we found this woman committing adultery, in the act.5 Now in the law, Moses commanded us such women are to be stoned. What therefore do thou say about her?6 But they said this, trying him, so that they might have an accusation against him. But Jesus having stooped down, wrote on the ground with his finger, not pretending.7 And when they continued asking him, after standing erect, he said to them, Let the innocent man of you first cast the stone at her.8 And again having stooped down, he wrote on the ground.9 And they, having heard and being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, having begun from the elder until the last. And Jesus was left behind alone, and the woman being in the midst.10 And Jesus, after standing erect, and having seen no man but the woman, he said to her, Woman, where are those accusers of thee? Did no man condemn thee?11 And she said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said to her, Neither do I condemn thee. Go, and henceforth sin no more.

Armadilhas e consequências

Os lábios da mulher estranha destilam mel, mas o seu fim é amargo. Fuja da imoralidade — o adultério escraviza.

3 For the lips of an interloping woman drop honey, and her mouth is smoother than oil.4 But in the end she is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword.5 Her feet go down to death. Her steps take hold on Sheol,6 so that she does not find the level path of life. Her ways are unstable, [and] she does not know.

3 For the lips of an interloping woman drop honey, and her mouth is smoother than oil.4 But in the end she is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword.5 Her feet go down to death. Her steps take hold on Sheol,6 so that she does not find the level path of life. Her ways are unstable, [and] she does not know.7 Now therefore, ye sons, hearken to me, and do not depart from the words of my mouth.8 Remove thy way far from her, and do not come near the door of her house,9 lest thou give thine honor to others, and thy years to the cruel,

8 Remove thy way far from her, and do not come near the door of her house,9 lest thou give thine honor to others, and thy years to the cruel,10 lest strangers be filled with thy strength, and thy labors [be] in the house of an alien,11 and thou mourn at thy latter end when thy flesh and thy body are consumed,12 and say, How I have hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof.13 Neither have I obeyed the voice of my teachers, nor inclined my ear to those who instructed me!14 I was almost in all evil in the midst of the assembly and congregation.

19 a loving hind and a pleasant doe. Let her breasts satisfy thee at all times, and be thou ravished always with her love.20 For why should thou, my son, be ravished with an interloping woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?

18 (for her house inclines to death, and her paths to the dead;19 none who go to her return again, nor do they attain to the paths of life),

14 The mouth of interloping women is a deep pit. He who is abhorred of LORD shall fall in it.

18 Flee fornication. Every sin, whatever a man may do, is outside the body, but he who fornicates sins against his own body.

16 But I say, walk in Spirit and ye will, no, not fulfill a lust of flesh.17 For the flesh desires against the Spirit, and the Spirit is against the flesh. For these are hostile to each other, so that whatever these things are ye may want, ye may not do.

19 Now the works of the flesh are apparent, which are, adultery, fornication, uncleanness, licentiousness,20 idolatry, sorcery, hatreds, strifes, jealousies, wraths, selfish ambitions, dissentions, factions,21 envyings, murders, intoxications, revelings, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, as I also did forewarn, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

4 Marriage is precious in every way, and the undefiled bed, but God will judge fornicators and adulterers.

3 For this is the will of God, your sanctification, for you to abstain from fornication,4 for each of you to know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and reverence,5 not in passion of lust, as also the Gentiles who have not known God,

4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is hatred of God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.

21 And I gave her time so that she would repent, and she did not want to repent of her fornication.22 Behold, I throw her into a bed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, if they do not repent of her works.
