Alegria e felicidade
A alegria é fruto do Espírito e marca do cristão. Alegrai-vos sempre no Senhor! A Bíblia ensina que a alegria de Deus é nossa fortaleza — não depende de circunstâncias, mas da presença de Deus.
Alegrai-vos no Senhor
Alegrai-vos sempre no Senhor! Outra vez digo: alegrai-vos! Na presença de Deus há plenitude de alegria eterna.

For YHWH is pleased with His people, || He beautifies the humble with salvation.
Fruto do Espírito
O fruto do Espírito é amor, alegria, paz. A alegria do Senhor é nossa fortaleza — não depende do mundo.

Alegria compartilhada
Alegrai-vos com os que se alegram. O Senhor fez coisas grandiosas por nós — alegrai-vos no Senhor e regozijai-vos.

and apart from faith it is impossible to please [Him], for it is required of him who is coming to God to believe that He exists and [that] He becomes a rewarder to those seeking Him.

Alegria eterna terão sobre suas cabeças. O Senhor reinará com alegria sobre o seu povo para todo o sempre.
You have multiplied the nation, || You have made its joy great, || They have rejoiced before You as the joy in harvest, || As [men] rejoice in their apportioning spoil.

And the ransomed of YHWH return, || And have entered Zion with singing, || And [with] continuous joy on their head, || They attain joy and gladness, || And sorrow and sighing have fled away!
I greatly rejoice in YHWH, || My soul rejoices in my God, || For He clothed me with garments of salvation, || [And] covered me with a robe of righteousness, || As a bridegroom prepares ornaments, || And as a bride puts on her jewels.

Go, eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a glad heart, for already has God been pleased with your works.
Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, || And a willing spirit sustains me.
For You make him blessings forever, || You cause him to rejoice with joy, || By Your countenance.
In the abundance of my thoughts within me, || Your comforts delight my soul.
YHWH [is] my strength, and my shield, || In Him my heart trusted, and I have been helped. And my heart exults, || And I thank Him with my song.
The hope of the righteous [is] joyful, || And the expectation of the wicked perishes.

I say to you that [more] joy will be in Heaven over one sinner converting, rather than over ninety-nine righteous men who have no need of conversion.
Again, the kingdom of the heavens is like to treasure hid in the field, which a man having found, hid, and from his joy goes, and all, as much as he has, he sells, and buys that field.
