13 Like as a father pities his sons, So LORD pities those who fear him.

15 But thou, O LORD, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth.

3 Because thy loving kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.

22 [It is of] LORD's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassions do not fail.23 They are new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness.

15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, these may forget, yet I will not forget thee.16 Behold, I have engraved thee upon the palms of my hands. Thy walls are continually before me.

18 And therefore LORD will wait, that he may be gracious to you. And therefore he will be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you. For LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all those who wait for him.

18 Who is a God like to thee, who pardons iniquity, and passes over the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? He does not retain his anger forever, because he delights in loving kindness.

6 And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them back. For I have mercy upon them, and they shall be as though I had not cast them off. For I am LORD their God, and I will hear th

9 Thus LORD of hosts has spoken, saying, Execute TRUE justice, and show kindness and compassion every man to his brother.10 And do not oppress the widow, nor the fatherless, the sojourner, nor the poor man. And let none of you devise evil against his brother in your heart.

12 Put on therefore, as chosen men of God, holy and beloved, bowels of compassion, kindness, humility, mildness, longsuffering,

32 And become good toward each other, compassionate, forgiving each other, even as also God in Christ forgave us.

8 And finally, all be like-minded, sympathetic, brother-loving, compassionate, friendly,

17 But whoever has the world's living, and sees his brother having need, and closes his bowels from him, how does the love of God abide in him?

3 Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all encouragement,4 who encourages us in all our affliction, in order for us to be able to encourage those in every affliction, through the encouragement of which we ourselves are encouraged by God.

15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but who was tempted in all things in the same way, without sin.

11 Finally brothers, farewell. Be thoroughly prepared, be encouraged, think the same way, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.
