Filhos como herança e bênção de Deus

A Bíblia trata os filhos como uma herança do Senhor e uma bênção concedida à família, nunca como um fardo. Eles representam a continuidade da vida e o fruto da generosidade de Deus com o lar.

Lo, children [are] an heritage of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]: [and] the fruit of the womb [is his] reward.

As arrows [are] in the hand of a mighty man; so [are] children of the youth.

Happy [is] the man that has his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.(Tehillim - Psalms 127:3-5)

Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) [is] every one that fears the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]; that walks in his ways.

For youi shall eat the labour of youri hands: happy [shall] youi [be], and [it shall be] well with youi.

Your2s wife [shall be] as a fruitful vine by the sides of youri house: youi children like olive plants round about youri table.

Behold, that thus shall the man be Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) that fears the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate].(Tehillim - Psalms 128:1-4)

His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous).(Tehillim - Psalms 112:2)

That our sons [may be] as plants grown up in their youth; [that] our daughters [may be] as corner stones, polished [after] the similitude of a palace:(Tehillim - Psalms 144:12)

And God-Elōhīm [The Living Word – The Creator] Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) them, and God-Elōhīm [The Living Word] said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.(Genesis 1:28)

youi shall be Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle.(Deuteronomy 7:14)

Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) [shall be] the fruit of youi body, and the fruit of youi ground, and the fruit of youi cattle, the increase of youi cattle, and the flocks of youi sheep.(Deuteronomy 28:4)

Ensinar o caminho e transmitir a fé

A formação espiritual e moral de uma criança não acontece por acaso: ela exige presença nas tarefas comuns do dia a dia. A Escritura orienta que os pais conversem sobre os mandamentos de Deus dentro de casa e pelo caminho, ensinando antes pelo exemplo do que pelo discurso.

And these words, which I command youi this day, shall be in youi heart:

And youi shall teach them diligently unto youi children, and shall talk of them when youi sit in youi house, and when youi walk by the way, and when youi lay down, and when youi rise up.(Deuteronomy 6:6,7)

We will not hide [them] from their children, showing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], and his strength, and his wonderful works that he has done.(Tehillim - Psalms 78:4)

Corrigir com sabedoria e sem exasperar

A disciplina bíblica tem como objetivo proteger a vida e moldar o caráter, não descarregar irritação. A firmeza necessária na correção anda sempre junta com a moderação: os pais são advertidos a não irritar nem desanimar os filhos na criação.

Foolishness [is] bound in the heart of a child; [but] the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.(Mishlei - Proverbs 22:15)

The rod and reproof (rebuke; scolding) give wisdom: but a child left [to himself] brings his mother to shame.(Mishlei - Proverbs 29:15)

And, you2f fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord - Kurios.(Ephesians 6:4)

Fathers, provoke not your children [to anger], lest they be discouraged.(Colossians 3:21)

If you2f endure chastening, God-The Father deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chastens not?

But if you2f be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are you2f bastards, and not sons.(Hebrews 12:7,8)

O acolhimento e a ternura de Jesus pelas crianças

Jesus deu dignidade e tempo aos pequenos em uma época em que eles costumavam ser postos à margem. Ao repreender os discípulos e abençoar os meninos e meninas, Cristo colocou a simplicidade da infância como padrão para entrar no Reino dos Céus.

But when Yeshua [God is Salvation] saw [it], he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer (allow, to let, permit) the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God-Theos.(Mark 10:14)

"But if you being evil come to place give good gifts to one another, so much the more your Father Who is in heaven will give His Good Ruach [Spirit [Ruach]] to those who seek Him".(Gosel 7:11)

And Yeshua [God is Salvation] increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God-Theos and man.(Luke 2:52)

Like as a father pities [his] children, [so] the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] pities them that fear him.(Tehillim - Psalms 103:13)

Behold, what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God-The Father: therefore the world knows us not, because it knew him not.(1 John 3:1)

A woman when she is in travail has sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembers no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.(John 16:21)

Promessas de cuidado e esperança para as gerações

Deus conhece cada pessoa antes mesmo do nascimento e acompanha o crescimento dos filhos em cada detalhe. A Escritura traz promessas de paz, justiça e renovação que alcançam não apenas o presente, mas as gerações seguintes.

For youi have possessed my reins (literally, kidneys; figuratively, seat of emotion): youi have covered me in my mother’s womb.

I will praise youi; for I am fearfully [and] wonderfully made: marvelous [are] youri works; and [that] my soul knows right well.

My substance was not hid from youi, when I was made in secret, [and] curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

Your2s eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in youri book all [my members] were written, [which] in continuance were fashioned, when [as yet there was] none of them.(Tehillim - Psalms 139:13-16)

Before I formed youi in the belly I knew youi; and before youi came forth out of the womb I sanctified youi, [and] I ordained youi a prophet unto the nations.(Jeremiah 1:5)

The LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) bless youi, and keep youi:

The LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) make his face shine upon youi, and be gracious unto youi:

The LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) lift up his Countenance (Face, appearance; show favor) upon youi, and give youi peace.(Numbers 6:24-26)

For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon youi seed, and my blessing upon youi offspring:

And they shall spring up [as] among the grass, as willows by the water courses.(Isaiah 44:3,4)

And all youri children [shall be] taught of the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); and great [shall be] the peace of youri children.(Isaiah 54:13)

And they shall be my people, and I will be their God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]:

And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me forever, for the good of them, and of their children after them:(Jeremiah 32:38,39)

I was cast upon youi from the womb: youi [are] my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] from my mother’s belly.(Tehillim - Psalms 22:10)

I have been young, and [now] am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

[He is] ever merciful, and lends; and his seed [is] Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous).(Tehillim - Psalms 37:25,26)

Therefore God-Elōhīm [The Living Word - The Many Powered] give youi of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine:

Let people serve youi, and nations bow down to youi: be lord over youri brethren, and let youri mother’s sons bow down to youi: cursed [be] every one that curses youi, and Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) [be] he that blesses youi.(Genesis 27:28,29)

Moreover your little ones, which you2f said should be a prey, and your children, which in that day had no knowledge between good and evil, they shall go in there, and unto them will I give it, and they shall possess it.(Deuteronomy 1:39)

O papel dos filhos: honra, respeito e gratidão

O mandamento de honrar pai e mãe é o primeiro que traz uma promessa explícita de vida longa e paz. A resposta dos filhos à dedicação dos pais se expressa pela obediência na juventude e pelo amparo prático na velhice.

Honour youi father and youi mother: that youi days may be long upon the land which the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] gives youi.(Exodus 20:12)

Children, obey your parents in the Lord - Kurios: for this is right.

Honour youri father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)

That it may be well with youi, and youi may live long on the earth.(Ephesians 6:1-3)

Children, obey [your] parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord - Kurios.(Colossians 3:20)

The proverbs of Shlomo (Solomon) [Peace]. A wise son makes a glad father: but a foolish son [is] the heaviness of his mother.(Mishlei - Proverbs 10:1)

The just [man] walks in his integrity: his children [are] Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) after him.(Mishlei - Proverbs 20:7)

But if any widow have children or nephews, let them learn first to show piety at home, and to offer support for their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God-The Father.(1 Timothy 5:4)
