Gentileza

Por Bíblia Online

A gentileza é fruto do Espírito e marca do cristão maduro.

Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.

A gentle answer deflects anger,

but harsh words make tempers flare.

Kind words are like honey

sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.

Live wisely among those who are not believers, and make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be gracious and attractive so that you will have the right response for everyone.

Since God chose you to be the holy people he loves, you must clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.

Gentileza como fruto

O fruto do Espírito inclui bondade e amabilidade. Amem uns aos outros com afeição fraternal e tratem bem a todos.

But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!

Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyoneespecially to those in the family of faith.

Concluding Words

Keep on loving each other as brothers and sisters.Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!

So let’s stop condemning each other. Decide instead to live in such a way that you will not cause another believer to stumble and fall.

"Do not nurse hatred in your heart for any of your relatives. Confront people directly so you will not be held guilty for their sin.

"Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against a fellow Israelite, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.

"This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: Judge fairly, and show mercy and kindness to one another. Do not oppress widows, orphans, foreigners, and the poor. And do not scheme against each other.

I tell you the truth, anyone who welcomes my messenger is welcoming me, and anyone who welcomes me is welcoming the Father who sent me."
