1 Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful.2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law does he meditate day and night.

8 This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.

97 Mem O how love I your law! it is my meditation all the day.98 You through your commandments have made me wiser than my enemies: for they are ever with me.99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for your testimonies are my meditation.100 I understand more than the ancients, because I keep your precepts.

15 I will meditate in your precepts, and have respect unto your ways.16 I will delight myself in your statutes: I will not forget your word.

47 And I will delight myself in your commandments, which I have loved.48 My hands also will I lift up unto your commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in your statutes.

147 I rose before the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in your word.148 My eyes awake before the night watches, that I might meditate in your word.

Frutos da meditação

A meditação produz entendimento, alegria e adoração. Quem medita na Palavra encontra direção, paz e renovação espiritual.

14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in your sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

3 My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.

11 I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember your wonders of old.12 I will meditate also on all your work, and talk of your doings.

5 I remember the days of old; I meditate on all your works; I ponder on the work of your hands.

9 We have thought of your lovingkindness, O God, in the midst of your temple.

33 I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.
