3 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that you should abstain from fornication:4 That every one of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor;5 Not in the lust of passion, even as the Gentiles who know not God:

13 Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.

3 And every man that has this hope in him purifies himself, even as he is pure.

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.2 Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputes not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.3 When I kept silence, my bones grew old through my groaning all the day long.4 For day and night your hand was heavy upon me: my strength is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.5 I acknowledged my sin unto you, and my iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah.6 For this shall every one that is godly pray unto you in a time when you may be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come near unto him.

2 Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.4 Against you, you only, have I sinned, and done this evil in your sight: that you might be justified when you speak, and be blameless when you judge.

7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.8 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which you have broken may rejoice.9 Hide your face from my sins, and blot out all my iniquities.10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.11 Cast me not away from your presence; and take not your holy Spirit from me.12 Restore unto me the joy of your salvation; and uphold me with a free spirit.
