10 And the agent said to them, Fear not, for behold, I bring you good-news of great joy that will be to all the people,

11 because to you was born today in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ Lord.

4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and patriarchy of David,5 to enroll himself with Mary, the woman who was betrothed to him, being pregnant.

6 And it came to pass while they were there, the days were fulfilled for her to bring forth.7 And she brought forth her son, the firstborn, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in the feed trough, because there was no place for them in the inn.

14 Therefore LORD himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

20 But while he considered these things, behold, an agent of Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take Mary to be thy wife, for that which was begotten in her is from Holy Spirit.

21 And she will bring forth a son, and thou shall call his name JESUS, for he will save his people from their sins.

22 Now all this has come to pass, so that what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet might be fulfilled, which says,23 Behold, the virgin will have in her womb, and will bring forth a son. And they will call his name Immanuel, which is, being interpreted, God with us.

14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill among men.

20 And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all that they heard and saw, as it was told to them.
