Jesus disse: minhas ovelhas ouvem minha voz, eu as conheço e elas me seguem. A relação com Deus é íntima e pessoal.
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.

Toda Escritura é inspirada por Deus. A Bíblia é a voz confiável de Deus registrada para nos guiar em toda verdade.
16 Every scripture is inspired by God and useful for instruction, for reproof, for correction, for discipline in righteousness,17 so that the man of God may be qualified, having been completed for every good work.
20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of scripture comes to pass of a personal interpretation.21 For no prophecy was ever brought by a will of man, but holy men of God spoke, being led by Holy Spirit.
17 So faith is from hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
24 Therefore every man, whoever hears these sayings of mine, and does them, I will compare him to a wise man who built his house upon the rock.25 And the rain descended, and the torrents came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house, and it fell not, for it had been founded upon the rock.
28 But he said, Blessed rather, are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.

4 I cry to LORD with my voice, and he answers me out of his holy hill. Selah.
