44 »You are from your father Satan the Devil slandererfalse accuser! You want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning. He does not stand for the truth. There is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks his own lies. He is a liar and the father of the lie!

9 The great dragon was thrown down, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, who deceives the whole world. He was hurled down to the earth, and his angels with him.10 I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now has come the salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power authority of his Christ: for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accused them before our God day and night.

14 And no wonder for even Satan fashions himself into an angel of light.

18 We know that no one who is born of God practices sin. He who was born from God watches over himself, and the evil one does not touch him.19 We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of theunder control of the evil one.

18 »To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God. They may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in me.

10 The devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet are, and will be tormented day and night forever.

7 Be subject to God! Resist Satan the Devil and he will flee from you.
