9 There remains therefore a rest to the people of God.10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also has ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

13 If you turn away your foot from the sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honorable; and shall honor him, not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor speaking your own words:14 Then shall you delight yourself in the LORD; and I will cause you to ride upon the heights of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father: for the mouth of the LORD has spoken it.

31 Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatsoever you do, do all to the glory of God.

8 I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for you, LORD, only make me dwell in safety.

5 I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.

2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he gives his beloved sleep.

5 You shall not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flies by day;

24 When you lie down, you shall not be afraid: yea, you shall lie down, and your sleep shall be sweet.

12 The sleep of a laboring man is sweet, whether he eats little or much: but the abundance of the rich will not allow him to sleep.

18 And you shall be secure, because there is hope; yea, you shall dig about you, and take your rest in safety.19 Also you shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid; yea, many shall entreat your favor.

2 He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness.
