9 There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God;10 for anyone who enters God's rest also rests from their works, "just as God did from his.

13 "If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the LORD's holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words,14 then you will find your joy in the LORD, and I will cause you to ride in triumph on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob." For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.

31 So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

8 In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, LORD, make me dwell in safety.

5 I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the LORD sustains me.

2 In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat — for he grants sleep to "those he loves.

5 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,

24 When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.

12 The sleep of a laborer is sweet, whether they eat little or much, but as for the rich, their abundance permits them no sleep.

18 You will be secure, because there is hope; you will look about you and take your rest in safety.19 You will lie down, with no one to make you afraid, and many will court your favor.

2 Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death.
