Deuteronômio 26

1 And it shall be when thou comest into the land that Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim giveth thee for an inheritance, and possessest it, and dwellest therein, 2 that thou shalt take of the first of all the fruit of the ground, which thou shalt bring of thy land which Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim giveth thee, and shalt put it in a basket, and shalt go unto the place that Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim will choose to cause his name to dwell there; 3 and thou shalt come unto the priest that shall be in those days, and say unto him, I profess this day unto Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim that I am come unto the land that Jehovah swore unto our fathers to give us. 4 And the priest shall take the basket out of thy hand, and set it down before the altar of Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim5 And thou shalt speak and say before Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim A perishing Aramaean was my father, and he went down to Egypt with a few, and sojourned there, and became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous. 6 And the Egyptians evil-entreated us, and afflicted us, and laid upon us hard bondage; 7 and we cried to Jehovah, the God*GodHebrew: Elohim of our fathers, and Jehovah heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, and our labour, and our oppression; 8 and Jehovah brought us forth out of Egypt with a powerful hand, and with a stretched-out arm, and with great terribleness, and with signs, and with wonders; 9 and he hath brought us into this place, and hath given us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey! 10 And now, behold, I have brought the first of the fruits of the land, which thou, Jehovah, hast given me. And thou shalt set it down before Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim and worship before Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim11 And thou shalt rejoice in all the good that Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim hath given to thee, and to thy house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that is in thy midst.

12 When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thy produce in the third year, the year of tithing, thou shalt give it to the Levite, to the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, that they may eat in thy gates, and be filled; 13 and thou shalt say before Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim I have brought away the hallowed things out of the house, and also have given them to the Levite, and to the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandment which thou hast commanded me; I have not transgressed nor forgotten any of thy commandments: 14 I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I brought away thereof in uncleanness, nor given thereof for a dead person; I have hearkened to the voice of Jehovah my God*GodHebrew: Elohim I have done according to all that thou hast commanded me. 15 Look down from thy holy habitation, from the heavens, and bless thy people Israel, and the land that thou hast given us as thou didst swear unto our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey!

16 This day Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim hath commanded thee to do these statutes and ordinances; and thou shalt keep and do them with all thy heart and with all thy soul. 17 Thou hast this day accepted Jehovah to be thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim and to walk in his ways, and keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his ordinances, and to hearken unto his voice; 18 and Jehovah hath accepted thee this day to be a people of possession to him, as he hath told thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments, 19 so that he should make thee high above all the nations which he hath made, in praise and in name and in honour; and that thou shouldest be a holy people to Jehovah thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim as he hath said.

1 Y SERÁ que, cuando hubieres entrado en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad, y la poseyeres, y habitares en ella;

2 ✝ 26.2 Ex. 23.19 y 34.26. Nm. 18.13. cp. 16.10 . Pr. 3.9.Entonces tomarás de las primicias de todos los frutos de la tierra, que sacares de tu tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da, y lo pondrás en un canastillo, ✝26.2 cp. 12.5.e irás al lugar que Jehová tu Dios escogiere para hacer habitar allí su nombre.

3 Y llegarás al sacerdote que fuere en aquellos días, y le dirás: Reconozco hoy á Jehová tu Dios que he entrado en la tierra que juró Jehová á nuestros padres que nos había de dar.

4 Y el sacerdote tomará el canastillo de tu mano, y pondrálo delante del altar de Jehová tu Dios.

5 Entonces hablarás y dirás delante de Jehová tu Dios: ✝26.5 Os. 12.12.Un Siro ✝26.5 Gn. 43.1,2.a punto de perecer fué mi padre, el cual descendió á Egipto y peregrinó allá con ✝26.5 Gn. 46.1,27. cp. 10.22.pocos hombres, y allí creció en gente grande, fuerte y numerosa:

1 Las primicias.

2 Ebal y Gerizim.

6 Y ✝26.6 Ex. 1.11,14.los Egipcios nos maltrataron, y nos afligieron, y pusieron sobre nosotros dura servidumbre.

7 Y ✝26.7 Ex. 2.23,24,25 y 3.9 y 4.31.clamamos á Jehová Dios de nuestros padres; y oyó Jehová nuestra voz, y vió nuestra aflicción, y nuestro trabajo, y nuestra opresión:

8 Y ✝26.8 Ex. 12.37,51.sacónos Jehová de Egipto con mano fuerte, y con brazo extendido, y con grande espanto, y con señales y con milagros:

9 Y trájonos á este lugar, y diónos esta tierra, ✝26.9 Ex. 3.8.tierra que fluye leche y miel.

10 Y ahora, he aquí, he traído las primicias del fruto de la tierra que me diste, oh Jehová. Y lo dejarás delante de Jehová tu Dios, é inclinarte has delante de Jehová tu Dios.

11 Y ✝26.11 cp. 12.7.te alegrarás con todo el bien que Jehová tu Dios te hubiere dado á ti y á tu casa, tú y el Levita, y el extranjero que está en medio de ti.

12 Cuando hubieres acabado de diezmar todo ✝26.12 Lv. 27.30.el diezmo de tus frutos en el año tercero, ✝26.12 cp. 14.28,29.el año del diezmo, darás también al Levita, al extranjero, al huérfano y á la viuda; y comerán en tus villas, y se saciarán.

13 Y dirás delante de Jehová tu Dios: Yo he sacado lo consagrado de mi casa, y también lo he dado al Levita, y al extranjero, y al huérfano, y á la viuda, conforme á todos tus mandamientos ✝26.13 Sal. 119.141,153,176.que me ordenaste: no he traspasado tus mandamientos, ni me he olvidado de ellos:

14 ✝ 26.14 Lv. 7.20 y 21.1,11. Os. 9.4. No he comido de ello en mi luto, ni he sacado de ello en inmundicia, ni de ello he dado para mortuorio: he obedecido á la voz de Jehová mi Dios, he hecho conforme á todo lo que me has mandado.

15 ✝ 26.15 Is. 63.15. Zac. 2.13. Mira desde la morada de tu santidad, desde el cielo, y bendice á tu pueblo Israel, y á la tierra que nos has dado, como juraste á nuestros padres, tierra que fluye leche y miel.

16 Jehová tu Dios te manda hoy que cumplas estos estatutos y derechos; cuida, pues, de ponerlos por obra con todo tu corazón, y con toda tu alma.

17 A Jehová has ensalzado hoy para que te sea por Dios, y para andar en sus caminos, y para guardar sus estatutos y sus mandamientos y sus derechos, y para oir su voz:

18 Y ✝26.18 Ex. 19.5. cp. 7.6 y 14.2Jehová te ha ensalzado hoy para que le seas su peculiar pueblo, como él te lo ha dicho, y para que guardes todos sus mandamientos;

19 Y para ponerte ✝26.19 cp. 28.1 y 32.8.alto sobre todas las gentes que hizo, para loor, y fama, y gloria; y para que seas ✝26.19 cp. 7.6 y 28.9.pueblo santo á Jehová tu Dios, como él ha dicho.
