16 Or io dico: Camminate per lo Spirito e non adempirete i desideri della carne.

17 Perché la carne ha desideri contrari allo Spirito, e lo Spirito ha desideri contrari alla carne; sono cose opposte fra loro; in guisa che non potete fare quel che vorreste.

16 But I say, Walk in {the} Spirit, and ye shall no way fulfil flesh's lust.

17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these things are opposed one to the other, that ye should not do those things which ye desire;
