13 Hear, ye that are far off, what I have done; and, ye that are near, acknowledge my might. 14 The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. 1 你这毁灭人，

自己却不被毁灭的；

你这行事诡诈，别人倒不以诡诈待你的，有祸了！

你刚停止毁灭人的时候，自己就要被毁灭；

你刚停止行诡诈的时候，别人就必以诡诈待你。

2 耶和华啊！求你施恩给我们；我们等候你。

每天早晨，愿你作我们的膀臂，

在遭难的时候，作我们的拯救。

3 喧嚷的声音一发，众民必逃跑；

你一兴起，列国就四散。

4 列国啊！你们所掳掠的必被收取，

像蚂蚱收取禾稼一样；

蝗虫怎样为食物忙碌走动，人也怎样在掳物上忙乱。

5 耶和华必被尊崇，因为他居住在高天；

他必以公平与公义充满锡安。

6 他是你一生一世的保障、

丰盛的救恩、智慧和知识；

敬畏耶和华就是他的至宝。

7 看哪！他们的勇士在街上呼叫；

和平的使者在痛苦哭泣。

8 大路荒凉，过路的人绝迹；

敌人背约，藐视约章，

不尊重任何人。

9 大地悲哀衰残，

黎巴嫩羞惭枯干；

沙仑好象荒原，

巴珊和迦密的树木凋零。

10 耶和华说："现在我要起来，

现在我要兴起，现在我要被人尊崇。

11 你们所怀的是糠秕，所生的是碎秸；

我的气息必像火一般吞灭你们。

12 众民必像燃烧的石灰，

又像被割下的荆棘，在火中焚烧。

13 远方的人哪！你们要听我所作的事；

近处的人哪！你们要承认我的大能。"

14 在锡安的罪人都恐惧；

战兢抓住了不敬虔的人：

"我们中间谁能与吞灭一切的火同住呢？

我们中间谁能与不断燃烧的火同住呢？"

15 那行事公义，说话正直，

拒绝不义的财利，

摇手不受贿赂，

塞耳不听血腥的事，

闭眼不看邪恶的事的，

16 这样的人必居住在高处，

他的保障必在坚固的盘石上，

他的粮食必有供应，

他的水源永不断绝。

17 你必亲眼看见王的荣美，

必看见辽阔之地。

18 你的心必默想已往的恐惧，说：

"那记数目的在哪里？

那称贡银的在哪里？

那数点城楼的在哪里呢？"

19 你必不再见那强暴的民了，

就是那说话深奥，难以明白，

舌头结巴，难以听懂的民。

20 你要看着锡安，就是我们举行制定节期的城，

你必看见耶路撒冷，是一个安全的居所，

一个不挪移的帐幕，

它的橛子永不会拔起来，

它的绳索也不会扯断。

21 在那里，威严的耶和华必作我们江河宽渠溢流之地。

必没有荡桨摇橹的船只能在其上往来，

威武的战船也不能经过。

22 因为耶和华是我们的审判者，

耶和华是我们的立法者，

耶和华是我们的君王，

他必拯救我们。

23 现在你的绳索虽然松开，

不能绑紧桅杆，

也不能扬起帆来，

但到那时，许多掳物必被你们瓜分，

甚至瘸腿的也能把掠物掠去。

24 以色列的居民必不再说："我有病"；

因为在其中居住的，罪孽必得赦免。
