19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit in you, whom you have of God? And you are not your own,
20 for you are bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
29 And if your right eye offends you, pluck it out and throw [it] from you. For it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not [that] your whole body should be thrown into hell.
10 Therefore remove vexation from your heart, and put away evil from your flesh; for childhood and prime of life [are] vanity.
22 And the LORD God made the rib (which He had taken from the man) into a woman. And He brought her to the man.
23 And Adam said, This [is] now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh. [She] shall be called Woman because [she] was taken out of man.
24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife and they shall be one flesh.
24 Pleasant words [are like] a honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.
13 For also by one Spirit we are all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free, even all were made to drink into one Spirit.
1 A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah. O God, You [are] my God; I will seek You earnestly; my soul thirsts for You; my flesh longs for You, as in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
2 For [in] many [things] we all offend. If anyone does not offend in word, the same [is] a full-grown man, able also to bridle the whole body.
27 But I buffet my body, and lead [it] captive, lest proclaiming to others I myself might be rejected.
8 For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable to all things, having promise of the present life, and of that which is to come.
26 My flesh and my heart fail; [but] God [is] the strength of my heart, and my part forever.
7 Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and depart from evil.
8 Healing shall be to your navel and marrow to your bones.
22 A merry heart does good [like] a medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.
25 Therefore I say to you, Do not be anxious for your life, what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor for your body, what you shall put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
4 For even as we have many members in one body, and all members do not have the same function,
5 so we the many are one body in Christ, and each one members of one another.
41 Watch and pray that you enter not into temptation. The spirit indeed [is] willing, but the flesh [is] weak.
22 Wives, submit yourselves to [your] own husbands, as to the Lord.
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ [is] the head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body.
24 [He] Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that dying to sins, we might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed.
13 For You have possessed my inward parts; You have covered me in my mother's womb.
14 I will praise You; for I am fearfully [and] wonderfully made; Your works [are] marvelous and my soul knows [it] very well.
3 And though I give out all my goods to feed the poor], and though I deliver my body to be burned, and have not charity, I am profited nothing.
16 For this cause we do not faint; but though our outward man perishes, yet the inward [man] is being renewed day by day.
28 And do not fear those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. But rather fear Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which you also are called in one body, and be thankful.
4 [There is] one body and one Spirit, even as you are called in one hope of your calling,
