Mulher

1 A wise woman builds her house, but the foolish plucks it down with her hands.

1 And it happened afterwards, He traveled in every city and village, proclaiming and announcing the gospel of the kingdom of God. And the Twelve [were] with Him,

2 and also certain women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities; Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven demons,

3 and Joanna the wife of Chuza, Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others, who ministered to Him of their possessions.

3 Let the aged women likewise [be] in reverent behavior, not slanderers, not enslaved by much wine, teachers of good;

4 that they may train the young women to love their husbands, to love their children,

5 [to be] discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, subject to [their] own husbands, that the Word of God may not be blasphemed.

21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept. And He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh underneath.

22 And the LORD God made the rib (which He had taken from the man) into a woman. And He brought her to the man.

23 And Adam said, This [is] now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh. [She] shall be called Woman because [she] was taken out of man.

16 A gracious woman keeps honor, and the strong keep riches.

27 And God created man in His image; in the image of God He created him. He created them male and female.

11 And now, my daughter, do not fear. I will do to you all that you ask. For all the city of my people knows that you [are] a woman of virtue.

11 Even so [their] wives are to [be] reverent, not slanderers, temperate, faithful in all things.

19 [It is] better to dwell in the wilderness than with a quarrelsome and angry woman.

30 Favor [is] deceitful, and beauty [is] vain, [but] a woman who fears the LORD, she shall be praised.

7 Likewise, husbands, live together according to knowledge, giving honor to the wife as to the weaker vessel, the female, as truly [being] co-heirs together of [the] grace of life, not cutting off your prayers.

4 A woman of virtue [is] a crown to her husband, but she who causes shame [is] like rottenness in his bones.

1 Likewise, wives, [be] in subjection to your own husbands, so that if any do not obey the word, they may also be won without the word by the conduct of the wives,

14 Houses and riches [are] the inheritance of fathers, and a prudent wife [is] from the LORD.
