5 Blessed [is] the man [whose] strength [is] in You; [Your] ways [are] in their hearts.

7 They go from strength to strength, appearing in Zion before God.


8 And Jehovah [is] He who goes before you. He will be with you; He will not fail you nor forsake you. Do not fear; nor be dismayed.


47 And all this multitude shall know that Jehovah does not save with sword and spear; for the battle [is] Jehovah's, and He will give you into our hands.


7 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of the king of Assyria, or for all the multitude with him. For [there are] more with us than with him.

8 With him [is] an arm of flesh, but with us [is] the LORD our God to help us and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves on the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.


9 He keeps the feet of his saints, and the wicked are silenced in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.


8 [It is] better to trust in the LORD than to trust in man.


10 One man of you shall chase a thousand. For the LORD your God [is] He who fights for you, as He has promised you.


15 For so says the Lord Jehovah, the Holy One of Israel, In returning and rest you shall be saved; and in quietness and hope shall be your strength. And you were not willing.


5 My soul, be silent only to God; for my hope [is] from Him.


6 Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, This [is] the Word of the LORD to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD of hosts.


1 When you go out to battle against your enemies and see horses and chariots, a people more than you, do not be afraid of them. For the LORD your God [is] with you, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt.


7 He shall not be afraid of bad news; his heart [is] fixed, trusting in the LORD.

8 His heart [is] sure; he shall not be afraid [though] he sees his oppressors.


5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding.

6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.


5 My steps have been held in Your paths, [so that] my footsteps have not slipped.


8 Cause me to hear Your loving-kindness in the morning, for I do trust in You; cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to You.


1 A Psalm of David. Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in my truthfulness. I have trusted also in the LORD; I shall not slide.


4 For everything that has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that overcomes the world, our faith.


5 I am the Vine, you [are] the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.


6 And Jonathan said to the young man who bore his armor, Come, and let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised ones. It may be that the LORD will work for us. For [there is] no restraint to the LORD, to save by many or by few.


13 And Moses said to the people, Do not fear. Stand still and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will prepare for you this day. For the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you shall never see them anymore.

14 The LORD shall fight for you, and you shall be silent.


11 Give us help against [our] foe; for vain [is] the help of man.
