O Marido

18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits fornication sins against [his] own body.

28 So men ought to love their wives as their [own] bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.

29 For no man ever yet hated his [own] flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord loves the church.

14 Do not be unequally yoked together [with] unbelievers; for what fellowship does righteousness [have] with lawlessness? And what partnership does light [have] with darkness?

4 Charity has patience, is kind; charity is not envious, is not vain, is not puffed up;

5 does not behave indecently, does not seek her own, is not easily provoked, thinks no evil.

6 Charity does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth,

7 quietly covers all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

22 [Whoever] finds a wife finds good and gets favor from the LORD.

28 But I say to you that whoever looks on a woman to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

3 [Let] nothing [be done] through strife or vainglory, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than themselves.

4 Do not let each man look upon his own things, but each man also [on] the things of others.

14 And above all these things [put on] love, which is [the] bond of perfectness.

5 Do not deprive one another, unless [it is] with consent for a time, so that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer. And come together again so that Satan does not tempt you for your incontinence.

4 Marriage [is] honorable in all, and the bed undefiled, but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

15 See [that] none gives evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue the good, both towards one another and towards all.

7 Likewise, husbands, live together according to knowledge, giving honor to the wife as to the weaker vessel, the female, as truly [being] co-heirs together of [the] grace of life, not cutting off your prayers.

28 So men ought to love their wives as their [own] bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.

32 But I say to you that whoever shall put away his wife, except for the cause of fornication, causes her to commit adultery. And whoever shall marry her who is put away commits adultery.

6 Therefore they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.

9 Look [on] life with the wife whom you love all the days of the life of your vanity, which He has given you under the sun, all the days of your vanity. For that [is] your share in [this life, and in your labor which you labor under the sun.

10 And to the married I command (not I, but the Lord), a woman not to be separated from [her] husband.

11 But if she is indeed separated, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to [her] husband. And a husband is not to leave [his] wife.

12 But to the rest I speak, not the Lord, If any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is pleased to dwell with him, do not let him put her away.

15 Drink waters out of your own cistern, and running waters out of your own well.

16 Should your overflowing spring be scattered abroad [as] rivers of waters in the streets.

17 Let them be only your own, and not strangers' with you.

18 Let your fountain be blessed, and rejoice with the wife of your youth.

19 [Like] the loving deer and pleasant doe, let her breasts satisfy you at all times, and be ravished always with her love.

20 And why will you, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?

18 Wives, be subject to [your] own husbands, as is becoming in [the] Lord.

19 Husbands, love [your] wives, and do not be bitter against them.

25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for it,

24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife and they shall be one flesh.

33 But also let everyone of you in particular so love his wife even as himself, and the wife that she defers to her husband.

15 And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served Beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you live. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

3 Let the husband give to the wife proper kindness, and likewise the wife also to the husband.

4 The wife does not have authority over [her] own body, but the husband. And likewise also the husband does not have authority [over his] own body, but the wife.

25 Therefore putting away lying, let each man speak truth with his neighbor, for we are members of one another.

26 Be angry, and do not sin. Do not let the sun go down upon your wrath,

27 neither give place to the Devil.

28 Let him who stole steal no more, but rather let him labor, working with [his] hands the thing which [is] good, so that he may have [something] to give to him who needs.

29 Let not any filthy word go out of your mouth, but if any [is] good to building up [in respect of] need, that it may give grace to the ones hearing.

30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you are sealed until [the] day of redemption.

31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and tumult and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.

32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you.

19 Husbands, love [your] wives, and do not be bitter against them.
