21 Behold, the LORD your God has set the land before you. Go up. Possess [it], even as the LORD God of your fathers has said to you. Do not fear, neither be troubled.

18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work and will preserve [me] to His heavenly kingdom, to whom [be] glory forever and ever. Amen.

3 But the Lord is faithful, who shall establish you and guard [you] from the evil.

28 Come to Me all [you] who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

33 I have spoken these things to you so that you might have peace in Me. In the world you shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer. I have overcome the world.

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

11 And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony. And they did not love their soul until death.

46 And [He] said to them, Why do you sleep? Rise and pray lest you enter into temptation.

5 [Let your] way of life [be] without the love of money, [and be] content with such things as you have, for He has said, Not at all will I leave you, not at all will I forsake you, never!

57 But thanks [be] to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.

3 You will keep [him] in perfect peace, whose mind [is] stayed on You; because he trusts in You.

4 You are of God, little children, and you have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

8 He who practices sin is of the Devil, for the Devil sins from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was revealed, that He might undo the works of the Devil.

9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem; behold, your King comes to you. He is righteous and victorious, meek and riding on an ass, even on a colt, the son of an ass.

5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overtake it.

8 Be sensible [and] vigilant, because your adversary [the] Devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking someone he may devour;

9 whom firmly resist in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions in [the] world are being completed in your brotherhood.

10 But the God of all grace, He calling us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little, [He] will perfect, confirm, strengthen, and establish [you].

26 Be angry, and do not sin. Do not let the sun go down upon your wrath,

27 neither give place to the Devil.

37 But in all these things we more than conquer through Him who loved us.

21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me in My throne, even as I also overcame and have sat down with My Father in His throne.

3 For consider Him who endured such contradiction of sinners against Himself, lest you be weary and faint in your minds.

10 But to whom you forgive anything, I also [forgive]. For if I forgave anything, for your sakes I forgave [it] to him in the person of Christ;

11 so that we should not be overreached by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his devices.

13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

40 And when He was at the place, He said to them, Pray that you do not enter into temptation.

1 A Psalm of David. The LORD [is] my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD [is] the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

13 No temptation has taken you but [what is] common to man; but God [is] faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but with the temptation also will make a way to escape, so that you may be able to bear [it].

3 But You, O LORD, [are] a shield for me; my glory, the One who lifts up my head.

22 For you ought to put off the old man (according to your way of living before) who is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,

23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind.

24 And you should put on the new man, who according to God [was] created in righteousness and true holiness.

12 Fight the good fight of faith. Lay hold on eternal life, to which you are also called and have professed a good profession before many witnesses.

1 Therefore since we also are surrounded with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily besets [us], and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

18 For in that He Himself has suffered, having been tempted, He is able to rescue those who are being tempted.

14 Now thanks [be] to God, who always causes us to triumph in Christ, and He revealing through us the odor of the knowledge of Him in every place.

9 But they who will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and [into] many foolish and hurtful lusts which plunge men into destruction and perdition.

19 Behold, I give to you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the authority of the enemy. And nothing shall by any means hurt you.

10 Finally, my brothers, be strong in [the] Lord and in the power of His might.

11 Put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the world's rulers, of the darkness of this age, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].

13 Therefore take to yourselves the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Therefore stand, having your loins girded about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness

15 and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.

16 Above all, take the shield of faith, with which you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God,

12 Blessed [is] the man who endures temptation, because having been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.

13 Let no one being tempted say, I am tempted from God. For God is not tempted by evils, and He tempts no one.

14 But each one is tempted by his lusts, being drawn away and seduced [by them].

15 Then when lust has conceived, [it] brings forth sin. And sin, when it is fully formed, brings forth death.

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [Shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to [His] purpose.

25 Save now, I beseech You, O LORD; O LORD, I beseech You, cause [us] to prosper now.

26 Blessed [is] He coming in the name of the LORD; we have blessed You out of the house of the LORD.

4 For everything that has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that overcomes the world, our faith.

3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments, and His commandments are not burdensome.

4 For everything that has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that overcomes the world, our faith.

5 Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

7 Therefore submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

8 Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse [your] hands, sinners; and purify your hearts, double-minded ones.

5 The one who overcomes, this one will be clothed in white clothing. And I will not blot out his name out of the Book of Life, but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

4 For the LORD your God [is] He who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.

6 For I will not trust in my bow, neither shall my sword save me.

7 But You have saved us from our enemies, and have put them to shame, those who hated us.

8 In God we boast all the day long, and praise Your name forever. Selah.

38 Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. Truly the spirit [is] willing, but the flesh [is] weak.

8 Be sensible [and] vigilant, because your adversary [the] Devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking someone he may devour;

10 Be humbled before the Lord, and He will lift you up.

12 I write to you, little children, because [your] sins are forgiven you for His name's sake.

13 I write to you, fathers, because you have known Him [who is] from [the] beginning. I write to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil one. I write to you, little children, because you have known the Father.

14 I write to you, fathers, because you have known Him [who is] from [the] beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the evil one.

15 Do not love the world, nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him,

5 Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

15 Do you not know that your bodies are the members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make [them] the members of a harlot? Let it not be!

16 Or do you not know that he being joined to a harlot is one body? For He says, The two shall be one flesh.

17 But he being joined to the Lord is one spirit.

18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits fornication sins against [his] own body.

19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit in you, whom you have of God? And you are not your own,

20 for you are bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

16 I say, then, Walk in [the] Spirit and you shall not fulfill [the] lusts of [the] flesh.

17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh. And these are contrary to one another; lest whatever you may will, these things you do.
