Jeremiah 31

Mercy on Ephraim

15 Thus says the Lord:

*Matt. 2:17, 18"A voice was heard in *Josh. 18:25; Judg. 4:5; Is. 10:29; Jer. 40:1Ramah,

Lamentation and bitter *Gen. 37:35weeping,

Rachel weeping for her children,

Refusing to be comforted for her children,

Because *Jer. 10:20they are no more."
