5 Então, eu disse:

— Coloquem um turbante limpo na cabeça dele.

Colocaram o turbante limpo nele e o vestiram, enquanto o anjo do Senhor permanecia ali.

6 O anjo do Senhor exortou Josué, dizendo:

7 — Assim diz o Senhor dos Exércitos: "Se você andar nos meus caminhos e obedecer aos meus preceitos, governará a minha casa e também estará encarregado dos meus átrios, e eu darei a você um lugar entre estes que estão aqui. 8 Ouça bem, Josué, sumo sacerdote, e os seus companheiros sentados diante de você, homens que simbolizam coisas que virão:*3.8 Ou homens (que são) um presságio. trarei o meu servo, o Renovo. 9 Vejam a pedra que coloquei na frente de Josué! 8 " ‘Listen, High Priest Joshua, you and your associates seated before you, who are men symbolic of things to come: I am going to bring my servant, the Branch. 9 See, the stone I have set in front of Joshua!
