Mateus 24 - Bíblia Online

Jesus saiu do templo e, enquanto caminhava, seus discípulos aproximaram-se dele para lhe mostrar as construções do templo. 
"Vocês estão vendo tudo isto? ", perguntou ele. "Eu lhes garanto que não ficará aqui pedra sobre pedra; serão todas derrubadas". 
Tendo Jesus se assentado no monte das Oliveiras, os discípulos dirigiram-se a ele em particular e disseram: "Dize-nos, quando acontecerão essas coisas? E qual será o sinal da tua vinda e do fim dos tempos? " 
Jesus respondeu: "Cuidado, que ninguém os engane. 
Pois muitos virão em meu nome, dizendo: ‘Eu sou o Cristo! ’ e enganarão a muitos. 
Vocês ouvirão falar de guerras e rumores de guerras, mas não tenham medo. É necessário que tais coisas aconteçam, mas ainda não é o fim. 
Nação se levantará contra nação, e reino contra reino. Haverá fomes e terremotos em vários lugares. 
Tudo isso será o início das dores. 
"Então eles os entregarão para serem perseguidos e condenados à morte, e vocês serão odiados por todas as nações por minha causa. 
Naquele tempo muitos ficarão escandalizados, trairão e odiarão uns aos outros, 
e numerosos falsos profetas surgirão e enganarão a muitos. 
Devido ao aumento da maldade, o amor de muitos esfriará, 
mas aquele que perseverar até o fim será salvo. 
E este evangelho do Reino será pregado em todo o mundo como testemunho a todas as nações, e então virá o fim. 
"Assim, quando vocês virem ‘o sacrilégio terrível’, do qual falou o profeta Daniel, no lugar santo — quem lê, entenda — 
então, os que estiverem na Judéia fujam para os montes. 
Quem estiver no telhado de sua casa não desça para tirar dela coisa alguma. 
Quem estiver no campo não volte para pegar seu manto. 
Como serão terríveis aqueles dias para as grávidas e para as que estiverem amamentando! 
Orem para que a fuga de vocês não aconteça no inverno nem no sábado. 
Porque haverá então grande tribulação, como nunca houve desde o princípio do mundo até agora, nem jamais haverá. 
Se aqueles dias não fossem abreviados, ninguém sobreviveria; mas, por causa dos eleitos, aqueles dias serão abreviados. 
Se, então, alguém lhes disser: ‘Vejam, aqui está o Cristo! ’ ou: ‘Ali está ele! ’, não acreditem. 
Pois aparecerão falsos cristos e falsos profetas que realizarão grandes sinais e maravilhas para, se possível, enganar até os eleitos. 
Vejam que eu os avisei antecipadamente. 
"Assim, se alguém lhes disser: ‘Ele está lá, no deserto! ’, não saiam; ou: ‘Ali está ele, dentro da casa! ’, não acreditem. 
Porque assim como o relâmpago sai do Oriente e se mostra no Ocidente, assim será a vinda do Filho do homem. 
Onde houver um cadáver, aí se ajuntarão os abutres. 
"Imediatamente após a tribulação daqueles dias ‘o sol escurecerá, e a lua não dará a sua luz; as estrelas cairão do céu, e os poderes celestes serão abalados’. 
"Então aparecerá no céu o sinal do Filho do homem, e todas as nações da terra se lamentarão e verão o Filho do homem vindo nas nuvens do céu com poder e grande glória. 
E ele enviará os seus anjos com grande som de trombeta, e estes reunirão os seus eleitos dos quatro ventos, de uma a outra extremidade dos céus. 
"Aprendam a lição da figueira: quando seus ramos se renovam e suas folhas começam a brotar, vocês sabem que o verão está próximo. 
Assim também, quando virem todas estas coisas, saibam que ele está próximo, às portas. 
Eu lhes asseguro que não passará esta geração até que todas essas coisas aconteçam. 
O céu e a terra passarão, mas as minhas palavras jamais passarão". 
"Quanto ao dia e à hora ninguém sabe, nem os anjos dos céus, nem o Filho, senão somente o Pai. 
Como foi nos dias de Noé, assim também será na vinda do Filho do homem. 
Pois nos dias anteriores ao dilúvio, o povo vivia comendo e bebendo, casando-se e dando-se em casamento, até o dia em que Noé entrou na arca; 
e eles nada perceberam, até que veio o dilúvio e os levou a todos. Assim acontecerá na vinda do Filho do homem. 
Dois homens estarão no campo: um será levado e o outro deixado. 
Duas mulheres estarão trabalhando num moinho: uma será levada e a outra deixada. 
"Portanto, vigiem, porque vocês não sabem em que dia virá o seu Senhor. 
Mas entendam isto: se o dono da casa soubesse a que hora da noite o ladrão viria, ele ficaria de guarda e não deixaria que a sua casa fosse arrombada. 
Assim, também vocês precisam estar preparados, porque o Filho do homem virá numa hora em que vocês menos esperam. 
"Quem é, pois, o servo fiel e sensato, a quem seu senhor encarrega dos de sua casa para lhes dar alimento no tempo devido? 
Feliz o servo a quem seu senhor encontrar fazendo assim quando voltar. 
Garanto-lhes que ele o encarregará de todos os seus bens. 
Mas suponham que esse servo seja mau e diga a si mesmo: ‘Meu senhor se demora’, 
e então comece a bater em seus conservos e a comer e a beber com os beberrões. 
O senhor daquele servo virá num dia em que ele não o espera e numa hora que não sabe. 
Ele o punirá severamente e lhe dará lugar com os hipócritas, onde haverá choro e ranger de dentes". 

And, Jesus coming forth, from the temple, was taking his departure, when his disciples came forward to point out to him the buildings of the temple. 
But, he, answering, said unto themAre ye not beholding all these things? Verily, I say unto youin no wise, shall there be left here, stone upon stone, which shall not be thrown down. 
And, as he was sitting upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him, privately, sayingTell us, when these things shall be,and what the sign of thy presence, and the conclusion of the age. 
And, answering, Jesus said unto themBe taking heed, lest anyone, deceive, you; 
For, many, will come upon my name, sayingI, am the Christ,and will, deceive many. 
Moreover ye will be sure to be hearing of wars, and rumours of wars: Mind! be not alarmed, for it must needs happen,but, not yet, is, the end; 
For there will arisenation against nation, and kingdom against kingdom,and there will be famines and earthquakes, in places. 
But, all these things, are a beginning of birth-pangs. 
Then, will they deliver you up into tribulation, and will slay you,and ye will be men hated by all the nations, because of my name 
And, then, will many be caused to stumble, and, one another, will deliver up, and will hate one another; 
And, many false prophets, will arise, and deceive, many; 
And, because of lawlessness being brought to the full, the love of the many, will grew cold. 
But, he that hath endured throughout, the same, shall be saved. 
And this glad message of the kingdom will be proclaimed in all the inhabited earth, for a witness unto all the nations,and, then, will have come, the end. 
Whensoever, therefore, ye shall see the abomination desolation, that was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in a holy place,he that readeth, let him think, 
Then, they who are in Judaea, let them flee into the mountains; 
And, he that is on the house-top, let him not come down, to take away the things out of his house; 
And, he that is in the field, let him not turn back, to take away his mantle. 
But alas! for the women with child, and for them that are giving suck, in those days; 
But be praying that your flight, may not happen in winter, nor on sabbath; 
For there will be then, Great tribulation, such as hath not happened, from the beginning of the world, until the present time, neither in any wise shall happen. 
And, except those days had been shortened, no flesh had been saved; but, for the sake of the chosen, those days shall be shortened. 
Then, if any, unto you, sayLo! here, is the Christ, or, there, Do not believe it; 
For there will arise, false Christs, and false prophets,and they will show great signs and wonders, so that, if possible, even the chosen, should be deceived: 
Lo! I have foretold you. 
If therefore they should say unto you, Lo! in the desert, he is, Do not go forth; Lo! in the chambers, Do not believe it. 
For, just as the lightning goeth forth from the east, and shineth unto the west, so, shall be the presence of the Son of Man. 
Wheresoever, the corpse, shall be, there, shall be gathered, the vultures! 
But, straightway after the tribulation of those days, the sun, will be darkened, and, the moon, will not give her brightness, and, the stars, will fall from heaven,and, the powers of the heavens, will be shaken; 
And, then, will be displayedThe sign of the Son of Man in heaven, and, then, will smite their breastsall the tribes of the earth; and they will see the Son of Mancoming upon the clouds of heaven, with great power and glory. 
And he will send forth his messengers, with a great trumpet, and they will gather together his chosenOut of the four winds, from heavens bounds, unto their bounds. 
Now, from the fig-tree, learn ye, the parable:When, already, her young branch, becometh tender, and the leaves, may be sprouting, ye observe, that, near, is, the summer: 
Thus, ye also, when ye shall see all these things, observe ye, that, near, he is, at the doors. 
Verily, I say unto youIn nowise, shall this generation, pass away, until all these things, shall happen: 
The heaven and the earth, shall pass away, but, my words, shall, in nowise, pass away. 
But, concerning that day and hour, no one, knoweth, neither the messengers of the heavens, nor the Son,save the Father only. 
For, just as the days of Noah, so, will be the presence of the Son of Man; 
For, as they were in those days that were before the flood, feeding and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage,until the day Noah entered into the ark; 
And they observed not, until the flood came and took away all together, so, will be, the presence of the Son of Man. 
Then, shall there be two men in the field,one, is taken near, and, one, is left behind: 
Two women grinding at the mill,one, is taken near, and, one, is left behind. 
Be watching, therefore, for ye know not, on what manner of day, your Lord is coming. 
But there is, one thing, ye knowThat, if the householder, had known, in what watch, the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert, and not have suffered his house to be dug through. 
Wherefore, ye also, be getting ready, because, in what hour ye are, not thinking, The Son of Man doth come. 
Who then is the faithful and prudent servant, whom the master hath appointed over his household, to give them food in season? 
Happy! that servant, whom his master, when he cometh, shall find so doing! 
Verily, I say unto youOver all his substance, will he appoint him. 
But, if that wicked servant should say in his heartMy master, delayeth, 
And begin to be striking his fellow-servants, and eating and drinking with the drunken, 
The master of that servant, will have come, on a day when he is not expecting, and in an hour when he is not observing, 
And will cut him asunder; and, his part, with the hypocrites, will appoint: There, shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth!
