LOS cielos cuentan la gloria de Dios, Y la expansión denuncia la obra de sus manos.2 El un día emite palabra al otro día, Y la una noche á la otra noche declara sabiduría.3 No hay dicho, ni palabras, Ni es oída su voz.4 Por toda la tierra salió su hilo, Y al cabo del mundo sus palabras. En ellos puso tabernáculo para el sol.5 Y él, como un novio que sale de su tálamo, Alégrase cual gigante para correr el camino.6 Del un cabo de los cielos es su salida, Y su giro hasta la extremidad de ellos: Y no hay quien se esconda de su calor.7 La ley de Jehová es perfecta, que vuelve el alma: El testimonio de Jehová, fiel, que hace sabio al pequeño.8 Los mandamientos de Jehová son rectos, que alegran el corazón: El precepto de Jehová, puro, que alumbra los ojos.9 El temor de Jehová, limpio, que permanece para siempre; Los juicios de Jehová son verdad, todos justos.10 Deseables son más que el oro, y más que mucho oro afinado; Y dulces más que miel, y que la que destila del panal.11 Tu siervo es además amonestado con ellos: En guardarlos hay grande galardón.12 Los errores, ¿quién los entenderá? Líbrame de los que me son ocultos.13 Detén asimismo á tu siervo de las soberbias; Que no se enseñoreen de mí: Entonces seré íntegro, y estaré limpio de gran rebelión.14 Sean gratos los dichos de mi boca y la meditación de mi corazón delante de ti, Oh Jehová, roca mía, y redentor mío

Of David. 2 \19:1\The heavens are sounding the glory of God; the arch of the sky makes clear the work of his hands.3 \19:2\Day after day it sends out its word, and night after night it gives knowledge.4 \19:3\There are no words or language; their voice makes no sound.5 \19:4\Their line has gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them has he put a tent for the sun,6 \19:5\Who is like a newly married man coming from his bride-tent, and is glad like a strong runner starting on his way.7 \19:6\His going out is from the end of the heaven, and his circle to the ends of it; there is nothing which is not open to his heat.8 \19:7\The law of the Lord is good, giving new life to the soul: the witness of the Lord is certain, giving wisdom to the foolish.9 \19:8\The orders of the Lord are right, making glad the heart: the rule of the Lord is holy, giving light to the eyes.10 \19:9\The fear of the Lord is clean, and has no end; the decisions of the Lord are true and full of righteousness.11 \19:10\More to be desired are they than gold, even than much shining gold; sweeter than the dropping honey.12 \19:11\By them is your servant made conscious of danger, and in keeping them there is great reward.13 \19:12\Who has full knowledge of his errors? make me clean from secret evil.14 \19:13\Keep your servant back from sins of pride; let them not have rule over me: then will I be upright and free from great sin.15 \19:14\Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart be pleasing in your eyes, O Lord, my strength and my salvation.
