1 Quem, Jeová, poderá hospedar-se na tua tenda? Quem poderá morar no teu santo monte?2 Aquele que anda com inteireza, e faz o que é justo, E fala verdade no seu coração.3 O que não calunia com a sua língua, Nem faz o mal ao seu próximo, Nem carrega de opróbrio ao seu vizinho.4 Aquele a cujos olhos o réprobo é desprezado; Mas que honra aos que temem a Jeová. O que jura em dano seu, contudo não muda;5 O que não dá à usura o seu dinheiro, Nem recebe peita contra o inocente. Aquele que faz estas coisas, não será jamais abalado.

1 Jehovah, who shall sojourn in thy tabernacle?

Who shall dwell in thy holy hill?

2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness,

And speaketh truth in his heart;

3 He that slandereth not with his tongue,

Nor doeth evil to his friend,

Nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbor;

4 In whose eyes a reprobate is despised,

But who honoreth them that fear Jehovah;

He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not;

5 He that putteth not out his money to interest,

Nor taketh reward against the innocent.

He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
