But he said to me, »My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.« Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me.
Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.
I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.
That is why, for Christ's sake, I am content in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties; for when I am weak, then I am strong.
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.
Watch and pray, so that you will not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.«
For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power and love and self-discipline.
