21 Then Peter came to him and said, »Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?«

22 Jesus said to him, »I do not say to you seven times, but seventy times seven.


35 So also my heavenly Father will do to each of you, if you do not forgive your brother from your heart.«


11 She said, »No one, Lord.« And Jesus said, »Neither do I condemn you; go, and sin no more.«


14 For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.


37 »Judge not, and you will not be judged. Condemn not, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.


19 Repent therefore, and turn again, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,


38 Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,

39 and through him everyone who believes is freed from everything from which you could not be freed by the law of Moses.


25 And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.


13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord forgave you, so you also must forgive.


7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace


25 And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.

14 Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord;

15 and the prayer offered in faith will save the sick man, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.


12 And forgive us our debts,as we also have forgiven our debtors.


15 See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God; that no root of bitterness spring up and cause trouble, and by it many become defiled;


13 For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of his beloved Son,

14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.


34 Then Jesus said, »Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.« And they divided his garments and cast lots.


12 For I will be merciful to their iniquities,and I will remember their sins no more.«


3 Take heed to yourselves; if your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.

4 And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and turns to you seven times, and says, I repent, you must forgive him.«


30 The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent,


32 Be kind and tenderhearted to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.


14 For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.


38 And Peter said to them, »Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.


5 But if any one has caused pain, he has caused it not to me, but in some measurenot to put it too severelyto all of you.

6 Sufficient for such a one is this punishment which was inflicted by the majority,

7 so you should rather turn to forgive and comfort him, so that he will not be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow.

8 I urge you, therefore, to reaffirm your love for him.


2 And he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.


9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just, and will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.


7 Blessed are the merciful,for they shall obtain mercy.
