Medo da Morte

28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

24 Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears my word and believes him who sent me, has eternal life; and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.

16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

51 Truly, truly, I say to you, if anyone keeps my word he will never see death.«

10 Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and for ten days you will have tribulation. Be faithful even until death, and I will give you the crown of life.

13 For, »everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.«

4 We were buried therefore with him through baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.

5 For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his.

25 Jesus said to her, »I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live;

4 he will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away.«

36 As it is written: »For your sake we are being killed all the day long;we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.«

37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers,

39 nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

14 Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he himself likewise partook of the same nature, that through death he might destroy him who has the power of death, that is, the devil,

15 and might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives.

18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. And he who fears is not made perfect in love.

54 When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then will come to pass the saying that is written: »Death is swallowed up in victory.«

55 »O death, where is your victory?O death, where is your sting?«

56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.

57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
