Nascer de Novo

5 Jesus answered, »Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Do not marvel that I said to you, You must be born again.

15 Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will not enter it.«

1 See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God! And so we are! The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

2 Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when he appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.

17 Therefore, if any one is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, behold, the new has come.

3 Blessed be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has caused us to be born again into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

4 to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, kept in heaven for you,

23 For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.

11 So you also, consider yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus.

4 We were buried therefore with him through baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.

5 For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his.

6 We know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.

7 For he who has died has been freed from sin.

22 You were taught, with regard to your former manner of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful lusts;

23 and be renewed in the spirit of your minds,

24 and put on the new nature, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.

12 But to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God

13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

3 Jesus answered him, »Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.«

4 Nicodemus said to him, »How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?«

8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.«

20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me; and the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

2 Like newborn babes, long for the pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation,

3 for you have tasted the kindness of the Lord.

4 But when the time had fully come, God sent forth his Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

5 to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.

9 Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old self with its practices

10 and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.

11 Here there is no Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave and free, but Christ is all, and in all.

1 At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, »Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?«

2 He called to him a little child, and put him in the midst of them,

3 and he said, »Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

4 Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

4 We were buried therefore with him through baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of his great love with which he loved us,

5 even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

3 Jesus answered him, »Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.«
