Seguir a Jesus
But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into him, who is the head, into Christ,
28 Peter began to say to him, »See, we have left everything and followed you.«
29 Jesus said, »Truly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands, for my sake and for the gospel,
30 who will not receive a hundredfold now in this timehouse and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the age to come, eternal life.
31 But many who are first will be last, and the last first.«
Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, »I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.«

22 »He committed no sin,and no deceit was found in his mouth;«
23 when he was reviled, he did not revile in return; when he suffered, he uttered no threats, but he trusted himself to him who judges justly.
The next day Jesus wanted to go to Galilee. And he found Philip and said to him, »Follow me.«
»If any one comes to me and does not hate his own father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be my disciple.
And whoever does not bear his cross and come after me cannot be my disciple.
And he said to them, »Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.«
Immediately they left their nets and followed him.
If anyone serves me, he must follow me; and where I am, there my servant will be also. If anyone serves me, him my Father will honor.
57 As they were going along the road, a man said to him, »I will follow you wherever you go.«
58 And Jesus said to him, »Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head.«
59 To another he said, »Follow me.« But he said, »Lord, let me first go and bury my father.«
60 Jesus said to him, »Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God.«
61 Still another said, »I will follow you, Lord; but first let me go back and say farewell to those at my home.«
62 Jesus said to him, »No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God.«
Then Jesus said to his disciples, »If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.
As Jesus passed on from there, he saw a man named Matthew sitting at the tax office; and he said to him, »Follow me.« And he rose and followed him.
