A Palavra é Deus encarnado.
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God;
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God;
14 And the Word became flesh, and did tabernacle among us, and we beheld his glory, glory as of an only begotten of a father, full of grace and truth.
14 And the Word became flesh, and did tabernacle among us, and we beheld his glory, glory as of an only begotten of a father, full of grace and truth.
3 and God saith, Let light be; and light is.
3 who being the brightness of the glory, and the impress of His subsistence, bearing up also the all things by the saying of his might -- through himself having made a cleansing of our sins, sat down at the right hand of the greatness in the highest,
3 by faith we understand the ages to have been prepared by a saying of God, in regard to the things seen not having come out of things appearing;
6 By the word of Jehovah The heavens have been made, And by the breath of His mouth all their host.
A Palavra é viva e eficaz
Ela julga pensamentos e intenções do coração, transforma e liberta.
12 for the reckoning of God is living, and working, and sharp above every two-edged sword, and piercing unto the dividing asunder both of soul and spirit, of joints also and marrow, and a discerner of thoughts and intents of the heart;
12 for the reckoning of God is living, and working, and sharp above every two-edged sword, and piercing unto the dividing asunder both of soul and spirit, of joints also and marrow, and a discerner of thoughts and intents of the heart;
29 Is it not thus? My word [is] as a fire, An affirmation of Jehovah. And as a hammer -- it breaketh in pieces a rock.
17 and the helmet of the salvation receive, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the saying of God,
16 every Writing [is] God-breathed, and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for setting aright, for instruction that [is] in righteousness,
16 every Writing [is] God-breathed, and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for setting aright, for instruction that [is] in righteousness,17 that the man of God may be fitted -- for every good work having been completed.
16 every Writing [is] God-breathed, and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for setting aright, for instruction that [is] in righteousness,17 that the man of God may be fitted -- for every good work having been completed.
105 [Nun.] A lamp to my foot [is] Thy word, And a light to my path.
105 [Nun.] A lamp to my foot [is] Thy word, And a light to my path.
130 The opening of Thy words enlighteneth, Instructing the simple.
89 [Lamed.] To the age, O Jehovah, Thy word is set up in the heavens.
9 [Beth.] With what doth a young man purify his path? To observe -- according to Thy word.
11 In my heart I have hid Thy saying, That I sin not before Thee.
160 The sum of Thy word [is] truth, And to the age [is] every judgment of Thy righteousness!
Obedecer a Palavra
22 and become ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves,
22 and become ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves,
22 and become ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves,23 because, if any one is a hearer of the word and not a doer, this one hath been like to a man viewing his natural face in a mirror,24 for he did view himself, and hath gone away, and immediately he did forget of what kind he was;
21 wherefore having put aside all filthiness and superabundance of evil, in meekness be receiving the engrafted word, that is able to save your souls;
24 Therefore, every one who doth hear of me these words, and doth do them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house upon the rock;
4 But he answering said, It hath been written, Not upon bread alone doth man live, but upon every word coming forth from the mouth of God.
4 But he answering said, It hath been written, Not upon bread alone doth man live, but upon every word coming forth from the mouth of God.
28 And he said, Yea, rather, happy those hearing the word of God, and keeping [it]!
4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It hath been written, that, not on bread only shall man live, but on every saying of God.
36 and amazement came upon all, and they were speaking together, with one another, saying, What [is] this word, that with authority and power he doth command the unclean spirits, and they come forth?
35 The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
31 the heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
8 Withered hath grass, faded the flower, But a word of our God riseth for ever.
4 For upright [is] the word of Jehovah, And all His work [is] in faithfulness.
4 For upright [is] the word of Jehovah, And all His work [is] in faithfulness.
5 Every saying of God [is] tried, A shield He [is] to those trusting in Him.
6 For Jehovah giveth wisdom, From His mouth knowledge and understanding.
6 For Jehovah giveth wisdom, From His mouth knowledge and understanding.
O poder da Palavra
A Palavra transforma, sara e liberta.
31 Jesus, therefore, said unto the Jews who believed in him, If ye may remain in my word, truly my disciples ye are, and ye shall know the truth,
31 Jesus, therefore, said unto the Jews who believed in him, If ye may remain in my word, truly my disciples ye are, and ye shall know the truth,32 and the truth shall make you free.
51 verily, verily, I say to you, If any one may keep my word, death he may not see -- to the age.
24 Verily, verily, I say to you -- He who is hearing my word, and is believing Him who sent me, hath life age-during, and to judgment he doth not come, but hath passed out of the death to the life.
23 Jesus answered and said to him, If any one may love me, my word he will keep, and my Father will love him, and unto him we will come, and abode with him we will make;
3 already ye are clean, because of the word that I have spoken to you;
17 sanctify them in Thy truth, Thy word is truth;
22 when, then, he was raised out of the dead, his disciples remembered that he said this to them, and they believed the Writing, and the word that Jesus said.
41 and many more did believe because of his word,
38 he who is believing in me, according as the Writing said, Rivers out of his belly shall flow of living water;
8 the book of this law doth not depart out of thy mouth, and thou hast meditated in it by day and by night, so that thou dost observe to do according to all that is written in it, for then thou dost cause thy way to prosper, and then thou dost act wisely.
16 Thy words have been found, and I eat them, And Thy word is to me for a joy, And for the rejoicing of my heart, For Thy name is called on me, O Jehovah, God of Hosts.
9 that if thou mayest confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and mayest believe in thy heart that God did raise him out of the dead, thou shalt be saved,10 for with the heart doth [one] believe to righteousness, and with the mouth is confession made to salvation;
4 In God I praise His word, in God I have trusted, I fear not what flesh doth to me.
30 God! perfect [is] His way, The saying of Jehovah is tried, A shield [is] He to all those trusting in Him.
35 And Thou givest to me the shield of Thy salvation, And Thy right hand doth support me, And Thy lowliness maketh me great.36 Thou enlargest my step under me, And mine ankles have not slidden.
12 Who [is] the man that is desiring life? Loving days to see good?13 Keep thy tongue from evil, And thy lips from speaking deceit.
3 And He doth humble thee, and cause thee to hunger and doth cause thee to eat the manna (which thou hast not known, even thy fathers have not known), in order to cause thee to know that not by bread alone doth man live, but by every produce of the mouth of Jehovah man doth live.
2 as new-born babes the words pure milk desire ye, that in it ye may grow,
1 If, then, any exhortation [is] in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of spirit, if any bowels and mercies,2 fulfil ye my joy, that ye may mind the same thing -- having the same love -- of one soul -- minding the one thing,3 nothing in rivalry or vain-glory, but in humility of mind one another counting more excellent than yourselves --4 each not to your own look ye, but each also to the things of others.5 For, let this mind be in you that [is] also in Christ Jesus,6 who, being in the form of God, thought [it] not robbery to be equal to God,7 but did empty himself, the form of a servant having taken, in the likeness of men having been made,8 and in fashion having been found as a man, he humbled himself, having become obedient unto death -- death even of a cross,9 wherefore, also, God did highly exalt him, and gave to him a name that [is] above every name,10 that in the name of Jesus every knee may bow -- of heavenlies, and earthlies, and what are under the earth --11 and every tongue may confess that Jesus Christ [is] Lord, to the glory of God the Father.12 So that, my beloved, as ye always obey, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, with fear and trembling your own salvation work out,13 for God it is who is working in you both to will and to work for His good pleasure.14 All things do without murmurings and reasonings,15 that ye may become blameless and harmless, children of God, unblemished in the midst of a generation crooked and perverse, among whom ye do appear as luminaries in the world,16 the word of life holding forth, for rejoicing to me in regard to a day of Christ, that not in vain did I run, nor in vain did I labour;17 but if also I am poured forth upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice and joy with you all,18 because of this do ye also rejoice and joy with me.19 And I hope, in the Lord Jesus, Timotheus to send quickly to you, that I also may be of good spirit, having known the things concerning you,20 for I have no one like-minded, who sincerely for the things concerning you will care,21 for the whole seek their own things, not the things of the Christ Jesus,22 and the proof of him ye know, that as a child [serveth] a father, with me he did serve in regard to the good news;23 him, indeed, therefore, I hope to send, when I may see through the things concerning me -- immediately;24 and I trust in the Lord that I myself also shall quickly come.25 And I thought [it] necessary Epaphroditus -- my brother, and fellow-workman, and fellow-soldier, and your apostle and servant to my need -- to send unto you,26 seeing he was longing after you all, and in heaviness, because ye heard that he ailed,27 for he also ailed nigh to death, but God did deal kindly with him, and not with him only, but also with me, that sorrow upon sorrow I might not have.28 The more eagerly, therefore, I did send him, that having seen him again ye may rejoice, and I may be the less sorrowful;29 receive him, therefore, in the Lord, with all joy, and hold such in honour,30 because on account of the work of the Christ he drew near to death, having hazarded the life that he might fill up your deficiency of service unto me.
18 A rash speaker is like piercings of a sword, And the tongue of the wise is healing.
25 Sorrow in the heart of a man boweth down, And a good word maketh him glad.
11 A fountain of life [is] the mouth of the righteous, And the mouth of the wicked cover doth violence.
1 A soft answer turneth back fury, And a grievous word raiseth up anger.
20 From the fruit of a mans mouth is his belly satisfied, [From the] increase of his lips he is satisfied.21 Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue, And those loving it eat its fruit.
18 but the things coming forth from the mouth from the heart do come forth, and these defile the man;19 for out of the heart come forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, whoredoms, thefts, false witnessings, evil speakings:
36 And I say to you, that every idle word that men may speak, they shall give for it a reckoning in a day of judgment;37 for from thy words thou shalt be declared righteous, and from thy words thou shalt be declared unrighteous.
34 Brood of vipers! how are ye able to speak good things -- being evil? for out of the abundance of the heart doth the mouth speak.
2 for we all make many stumbles; if any one in word doth not stumble, this one [is] a perfect man, able to bridle also the whole body;
3 lo, the bits we put into the mouths of the horses for their obeying us, and their whole body we turn about;4 lo, also the ships, being so great, and by fierce winds being driven, are led about by a very small helm, whithersoever the impulse of the helmsman doth counsel,5 so also the tongue is a little member, and doth boast greatly; lo, a little fire how much wood it doth kindle!6 and the tongue [is] a fire, the world of the unrighteousness, so the tongue is set in our members, which is spotting our whole body, and is setting on fire the course of nature, and is set on fire by the gehenna.7 For every nature, both of beasts and of fowls, both of creeping things and things of the sea, is subdued, and hath been subdued, by the human nature,8 and the tongue no one of men is able to subdue, [it is] an unruly evil, full of deadly poison,
17 so then the faith [is] by a report, and the report through a saying of God,18 but I say, Did they not hear? yes, indeed -- to all the earth their voice went forth, and to the ends of the habitable world their sayings.
