Isaiah 13

11 I will punish the world for its evil,  * 13:11 Jr 23:2; 36:31; 44:29

and wicked people for their iniquities.

I will put an end to the pride of the arrogant  * 13:11 Is 2:11; 23:9; Dn 5:22–23

and humiliate the insolence of tyrants.
