Restoration of Israel

1 Now this is what the Lord  says —

the one who created you, Jacob,

and the one who formed you, Israel  * 43:1 Is 43:7,15,21; 44:2,21,24  —

"Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;  * 43:1 Is 44:22–23; 48:20

I have called you by your name; you are mine.  * 43:1 Gn 32:28; Is 45:3–4
