1 （ 上 行 （ 或 作 登 阶 ， 下 同 ） 之 诗 。 ） 我 在 急 难 中 求 告 耶 和 华 ， 他 就 应 允 我 。 2 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 救 我 脱 离 说 谎 的 嘴 唇 和 诡 诈 的 舌 头 ！ 3 诡 诈 的 舌 头 啊 ， 要 给 你 甚 么 呢 ？ 要 拿 甚 么 加 给 你 呢 ？ 4 就 是 勇 士 的 利 箭 和 罗 腾 木 （ 小 树 名 ， 松 类 ） 的 炭 火 。 5 我 寄 居 在 米 设 ， 住 在 基 达 帐 棚 之 中 ， 冇 祸 了 ！ 6 我 与 那 恨 恶 和 睦 的 人 许 久 同 住 。 7 我 愿 和 睦 ， 但 我 发 言 ， 他 们 就 要 争 战 。

1 A Song of the Ascents. Unto Jehovah in my distress I have called, And He answereth me.2 O Jehovah, deliver my soul from a lying lip, From a deceitful tongue!3 What doth He give to thee? And what doth He add to thee? O deceitful tongue!4 Sharp arrows of a mighty one, with broom-coals.5 Wo to me, for I have inhabited Mesech, I have dwelt with tents of Kedar.6 Too much hath my soul dwelt with him who is hating peace.7 I [am] peace, and when I speak they [are] for war!
