Apocalipse 16

1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple, saying to the seven angels, Go and pour out the seven bowls of the fury of God upon the earth. 2 And the first went and poured out his bowl on the earth; and there came an evil and grievous sore upon the men that had the mark of the beast, and those who worshipped its image. 3 And the second poured out his bowl on the sea; and it became blood, as of a dead man; and every living soul died in the sea. 4 And the third poured out his bowl on the rivers, and on the fountains of waters; and they became blood. 5 And I heard the angel of the waters saying, Thou art righteous, who art and wast, the holy one, that thou hast judged so; 6 for they have poured out the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; they are worthy. 7 And I heard the altar saying, Yea, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

8 And the fourth poured out his bowl on the sun; and it was given to it to burn men with fire. 9 And the men were burnt with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, who had authority over these plagues, and did not repent to give him glory. 10 And the fifth poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast; and its kingdom became darkened; and they gnawed their tongues with distress, 11 and blasphemed the God of the heaven for their distresses and their sores, and did not repent of their works.

12 And the sixth poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates; and its water was dried up, that the way of the kings from the rising of the sun might be prepared. 13 And I saw out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits, as frogs; 14 for they are the spirits of demons, doing signs; which go out to the kings of the whole habitable world to gather them together to the war of that great day of God the Almighty. 15 (Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches and keeps his garments, that he may not walk naked, and that they may not see his shame.) 16 And he gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armagedon.

17 And the seventh poured out his bowl on the air; and there came out a great voice from the temple of the heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. 18 And there were lightnings, and voices, and thunders; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, such an earthquake, so great. 19 And the great city was divided into three parts; and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon was remembered before God to give her the cup of the wine of the fury of his wrath. 20 And every island fled, and mountains were not found; 21 and a great hail, as of a talent weight, comes down out of the heaven upon men; and men blasphemed God because of the plague of hail, for the plague of it is exceeding great.

2 Y fué el primero, y derramó su copa ✝16.2 cp. 8.7.sobre la tierra; y ✝16.2 Ex. 9.9,11.vino una plaga mala y dañosa sobre los hombres ✝16.2 cp. 13.16.que tenían la señal de la bestia, y ✝16.2 cp. 13.15.sobre los que adoraban su imagen.

3 Y el segundo ángel derramó su copa ✝16.3 cp. 8.8.sobre el mar, y se convirtió en sangre como de un muerto; ✝16.3 cp. 8.9.y toda alma viviente fué muerta en el mar.

4 Y el tercer ángel derramó su copa ✝16.4 cp. 8.10.sobre los ríos, y sobre las fuentes de las aguas, ✝16.4 Ex. 7.17,20.y se convirtieron en sangre.

5 Y oí al ángel de las aguas, que decía: ✝16.5 cp. 15.3.Justo eres tú, oh Señor, ✝16.5 cp. 1.4.que eres y que eras, el Santo, porque has juzgado estas cosas:

6 Porque ellos derramaron la sangre ✝16.6 cp. 11.18.de los santos y de los profetas, ✝16.6 Is. 49.26.también tú les has dado á beber sangre; pues lo merecen.

7 ✝ 16.7 cp. 6.9. Y oí á otro del ✝16.7 cp. 9.13.altar, que decía: Ciertamente, ✝16.7 cp. 15.3.Señor Dios Todopoderoso, tus juicios son verdaderos y justos.

8 Y el cuarto ángel derramó su copa ✝16.8 cp. 8.12.sobre el sol; y le fué dado quemar á los hombres con fuego.

9 Y los hombres ✝16.9 Mt. 13.6. Mr. 4.6.se quemaron con el grande calor, y ✝16.9 vers. 11,21blasfemaron el nombre de Dios, que tiene potestad sobre estas plagas, ✝16.9 cp. 2.21.y no se arrepintieron para ✝16.9 cp. 11.13.darle gloria.

10 Y el quinto ángel derramó su copa ✝16.10 cp. 13.2.sobre la silla de la bestia; ✝16.10 Ex. 10.21.y su reino se hizo tenebroso, y se mordían sus lenguas de dolor;

2 La ramera y la bestia.

11 Y blasfemaron del Dios del cielo por sus dolores, ✝16.11 ver. 2y por sus plagas, y no se arrepintieron de sus obras.

12 Y el sexto ángel derramó su copa ✝16.12 cp. 9.14.sobre el gran río Eufrates; y ✝16.12 Is. 44.27.el agua de él se secó, ✝16.12 Is. 41.2.para que fuese preparado el camino de los reyes del Oriente.

13 Y vi salir de la boca ✝16.13 cp. 12.3.del dragón, y de la boca de ✝16.13 cp. 13.1.la bestia, y de la boca ✝16.13 cp. 13.11,14 y 19.20 y 20.10.del falso profeta, tres espíritus inmundos ✝16.13 Ex. 8.6.a manera de ranas:

14 Porque son espíritus de demonios, ✝16.14 Mt. 24.24. cp. 13.14 y 19.20que hacen señales, para ir á los reyes de la tierra y de todo el mundo, para congregarlos para ✝16.14 cp. 17.14 y 19.19.la batalla de ✝16.14 cp. 6.17.aquel gran día del Dios Todopoderoso.

15 He aquí, yo vengo ✝16.15 cp. 3.3.como ladrón. ✝16.15 Mt. 24.42,46.Bienaventurado el que vela, y guarda sus vestiduras, para que no ande desnudo, y vean su vergüenza.

16 Y los congregó ✝16.16 cp. 19.19.en el lugar que en hebreo se llama ✝16.16 Jue. 5.19. Zac. 12.11.Armagedón.

17 Y el séptimo ángel derramó su copa por el aire; y salió una grande voz ✝16.17 cp. 14.17.del templo del cielo, del trono, diciendo: Hecho es.

18 Entonces fueron hechos relámpagos y voces y truenos; y hubo un gran temblor de tierra, un ✝16.18 Dn. 12.1. Mt. 24.21.terremoto tan grande, cual no fué jamás desde que los hombres han estado sobre la tierra.

19 Y la ✝16.19 cp. 14.8.ciudad grande fué partida en ✝16.19 cp. 11.13.tres partes, y las ciudades de las naciones cayeron; y la grande Babilonia vino en memoria delante de Dios, ✝16.19 cp. 14.10.para darle el cáliz del vino del furor de su ira.

20 Y ✝16.20 cp. 6.14.toda isla huyó, y los montes no fueron hallados.

21 Y ✝16.21 cp. 11.19.cayó del cielo sobre los hombres un grande granizo como del peso de un talento: y ✝16.21 vers. 9,11los hombres blasfemaron de Dios por la plaga del granizo; porque su plaga fué muy grande.
